No bathroom If you need one they close it to not have to cleaned at the end of the shift

The portions sizes were ridiculously small. I travel for work and frequently go to different chipotles for lunch and this was by far the smallest portion sizes I have ever seen. Severely under severed on everything, rice, cheese, meat, queso (ect.).

Staff is bad, got a good portion of food for my burrito; A kid around 17-18 I'd say have me an attitude for asking about getting jalapeños. I was curious, didn't know if they had it. The kid gave a mug look and said no with a lot of attitude. Not to mention he struggled to wrap my burrito for about three to four minutes. Pick a struggle man. The cashier was semi better but still just looked miserable. The food was good given that it's hard to mess up on fast food. The staff needs a vacation though, all the kids in there just look sad. Also, there's the sweetest man in the world in there; he unfortunately appeared to be homeless, give him some food man. He has such a genuine soul. Besides that, get better staff; they're rude and can't do their jobs and tend to ignore you when you ask something like the question is supposed to be rhetorical.

My wife and I were frequent visitors here. The portions have gotten so small we walked out last time. My wife asked for more cheese three times and it still wasn't enough. The same was true of the sour cream. I received less than a full scoop of beans, meat, and vegetables. This is probably management telling the employees to do so. The portions left the bowl looking empty. That was never the case. Now it's becoming the norm here. Funny part is I go to other Chipotle and don't have this experience.

For service and for manager i can give 0. Chipotle this is serious concern for vegetarian people veggies like green paper and onion really matter. When i went there i waited for 15 min for veggies to get ready. Mean while they had veggies on pick up counter i asked manager he said we can not share that. I mean really guys.
Thats okay but he can literally see that m pregnant standing here for veggies to get ready he did not come n not even communicate or try to convince. This kind of behavior as manager is really bad.
All customers reviewed matters have look at it. Customer service is bad here no doubt.
Pls take it Seriouslly Chipotle.

what happened to this place ? where is management ? from being an old employee here it’s crazy how bad this location has gotten , the whole dining room was filthy , soda station filthy , the workers act like they can’t give real portions , the food is not good . everything was just chaotic and all over the place .. what’s going on here ?

Even time I come here , after my workout at LA fitness, this place is dirty;around the steam table, food section is disgusting, they wipe around but they use dirty rags full of grease and the employees speak on top of the food, no mask.
Isn't there manage at this place?

It’s saddens me how downhill this location has went over the years. Food poisoning throughout my family after eating here. It was so bad that we were going to admit ourselves to the emergency room. This is my final straw with chipotle as a whole. Traumatized.

I’am loyal customer to chipotle for long time but my first visit in this store guy with glasses treats everyone with attitude greeted him with smile never responded back
I asked for extra rice he doesn’t want to put more i asked for more he still doesn’t want to add and asking me surprised you want more?!!
I told him who is gonna eat it me or you
If you want to charge me for it go again he still doesn’t want to add more
Super rude if you don’t want to work leave this job for someone who can handle customer service basics!
