Ordered online from Domino’s in South Plainfield using the app—it was super easy and smooth. Initially picked a thin crust but called them back to switch to regular crust, and they were very accommodating with the change. Big plus for the friendly service!
Pizzas were ready on time and good to go. The classic cheese pizza was really good, while the veggie one was just okay. Surprisingly, the pineapple and jalapeño combo worked really well—nice kick! We grabbed two large pizzas for about $27 thanks to online deals—great value.
Overall, a solid experience with good service and pricing. Will definitely order again!

Ordering from this branch is pathetic. Delivery showed 32 minutes. Even after 1 hour order was stuck in quality check. You can’t even call the store no body picks up

This is my local store, which is too bad. About 50% of the time I order, something is wrong or it takes much longer than expected. Tonight I came into the store after the app said my order was ready. It turned out that the delivery driver took my pizza and I had to wait another 20 minutes for them to make another. I don’t understand why there are problems so often.

Thursday January 23rd at 9:40 waiting for someone to answer the phone for 40 minutes after getting an ice cold delivery. I live 2 minutes from the store I should walk but it’s 10 degrees outside. The food should have no issue arriving fairly hot upon delivery being this close. However time and time again, dominos takes other deliveries further out to their destination first and then deliver the closest last. The app shows driver left store at 8:59. Didn’t arrive to my location less than a quarter mile away from the store until 9:21pm. I’m still waiting as we speak

Placed a pickup order, when I arrived they didn't have my salad. Wasn't offered refund or nothing! When I asked about a refund for my item I didn't get , the three workers looked at each other like they were all lost ! Then the girl tells me to write the last 4 digits of my card on the receipt and I would get a refund ! One week later and still no refund ! Teach your employees how to do there jobs ! Never buying anything here again!
