Saw the staff de-escalate an irate customer who was causing a major scene because his pizza was undercooked. Being there at the time, it could have spun out of control very quickly. The customer’s offensive language and intimidating attitude towards the staff said more about his character than the restaurant’s, but the manager calmly gave him his money back and apologized. The customer should have been ashamed of himself but the staff was A+.
Their Philly Cheesesteak Loaded Tots were an absolute delight! The combo of crispy tots, tender steak, melted cheese, and sautéed onions and peppers created a mouthwatering flavor explosion. But the Melty 3 Cheese Loaded Tots didn't quite live up to my expectations. Ordered online from Domino’s in South Plainfield using the app—it was super easy and smooth. Initially picked a thin crust but called them back to switch to regular crust, and they were very accommodating with the change. Big plus for the friendly service!
