Saw the staff de-escalate an irate customer who was causing a major scene because his pizza was undercooked. Being there at the time, it could have spun out of control very quickly. The customer’s offensive language and intimidating attitude towards the staff said more about his character than the restaurant’s, but the manager calmly gave him his money back and apologized. The customer should have been ashamed of himself but the staff was A+.
Their Philly Cheesesteak Loaded Tots were an absolute delight! The combo of crispy tots, tender steak, melted cheese, and sautéed onions and peppers created a mouthwatering flavor explosion. But the Melty 3 Cheese Loaded Tots didn't quite live up to my expectations. The crew there works really hard and does a great job! My order is always correct and is always on time when I pick up my order. They are very polite and demonstrates excellent customer service despite being extremely short staffed and overwhelmed sometimes. The only problem is if you opt for delivery it will be quite a wait do to lack of drivers. If you don't mind picking up your food all is good!
