I did the drive thru and my coffee was wrong so I returned and it was replaced. Didn’t check my bagel until I returned to my hotel in Edison. My bagel was so hard that if I threw it at the wall, it would definitely put a dent in it. I tried calling the store but the call wouldn’t go through.

I do not recommend going into this Dunkin Donuts, I asked for a Bacon egg and cheese bagel but I received a tortilla with egg and cheese. The Lady does not pat attention at all.

Second time in two weeks Went to Dunkin’ Donuts in the morning and both doors were locked. The two employees were running around like chickens with the head cut off and told people you only can go through the drive-through what’s going on at” Dunkin” I guess getting employees to show up is tough but then again it’s Dunkin’ Donuts. It’s not like a job that’s gonna afford you anything Financial successthe only person making money there is the guy that’s running the franchise and running it poorly at least there’s a 7-Eleven right down the street great coffee Maybe “ Duncan “ Should start trying to be “Starbucks “ Dunkin👎🏿👎🏿

This location is a rip off!!!! 👹 Stay away! I ordered dunkin midnight twice and was given decaf. I saw the lady put in decaf the second time and at first she said that wasn’t the case. Then she admitted that they ran out of midnight so she gave me decaf cause it tasted the same!!! 🤡 🤡🤡🤡 They can’t just give you whatever they feel like giving you. I couldn’t get my money back either and I waited 20 mins for the coffee. That’s how I was able to see I was given decaf and being jipped cause I only got my coffee after complaining. Avoid this location at all costs. The lady was rude on top of all of that. They don’t care nothing about customers. It’s horrible.
