Second time in two weeks Went to Dunkin’ Donuts in the morning and both doors were locked. The two employees were running around like chickens with the head cut off and told people you only can go through the drive-through what’s going on at” Dunkin” I guess getting employees to show up is tough but then again it’s Dunkin’ Donuts. It’s not like a job that’s gonna afford you anything Financial successthe only person making money there is the guy that’s running the franchise and running it poorly at least there’s a 7-Eleven right down the street great coffee Maybe “ Duncan “ Should start trying to be “Starbucks “ Dunkin👎🏿👎🏿

This location is a rip off!!!! 👹 Stay away! I ordered dunkin midnight twice and was given decaf. I saw the lady put in decaf the second time and at first she said that wasn’t the case. Then she admitted that they ran out of midnight so she gave me decaf cause it tasted the same!!! 🤡 🤡🤡🤡 They can’t just give you whatever they feel like giving you. I couldn’t get my money back either and I waited 20 mins for the coffee. That’s how I was able to see I was given decaf and being jipped cause I only got my coffee after complaining. Avoid this location at all costs. The lady was rude on top of all of that. They don’t care nothing about customers. It’s horrible.

I ordered a cookie butter cold brew coffee and noooo cookie butter. My brother also ordered one and he got cookie butter. 0/10 never again . Coffe starts the day !! I would’ve rather my food ordwr d get messed up !!!??????

Went thru the drive thru for my order- pumpkin spice iced coffee and a pumpkin glazed donut just because. I had the pleasure of being served by a young man (and I’m sorry I didn’t get his name) who was professional kind and thorough. His professional manner will take him far in the service industry if he wishes to remain there. As a professional myself in finance, it’s people like him that make the day brighter! Kudos to you young man! I’ll make sure I get your name the next time and let corporate know about you! ???????
8/11/2024 Going through the drive through here was very slow. And when I finally got my order of a green tea it tasted so off I spit the rest of my sip out. I’ve had the green tea from another Dunkin’ recently and this tasted nothing like it. Tastes like bitter water, bitter almost like soap and lingers in the mouth. Made my stomach uncomfortable. The color of the tea is off, not even green, like yellow-brown. Didn’t bother bringing back to fix because I wouldn’t want to take another gamble.
