Customers of the same race seem to get amazing service… unfortunately I was ignored and treated with disrespect while the man and his wife in front of me had an amazing experience because they spoke the same language as the cashier. I will never come here again and I will be telling my parents about my experience.

This is good Location to get coffee in south Plainfield but Only good coffee they serve till 6 am to 9 am after that you are wasting your money you will get nice service but not the fresh coffee no matter what you say they don't care about your money so you guys must try it.By the way I am friend of Dunkin Manager and Dunkin Neighbor but still i will write what's right.
Multiple employees inside all catering to uber eats/ door dash etc.. terrible customer service stood there 7 minutes and not one employee acknowledged my presence... the Dunkin’ Donuts in south plainfield is terrible would not recommend would rather sit in Starbucks drive thru line

I went to get my fresh coffee and I got stale coffee which won't taste like Dunkin. Worst coffee I ever had.
