Very disappointed in the service I received from this place. I have ordered a few times from here and they are always very stingy and take longer to complete the order than estimated. This is my last time giving this place a chance. I ordered 3 meals and one of them was given without the meat that I ordered and paid for. The owner tried arguing with me about it when I called. In addition, they forgot the fries order and had us wait an additional 10 minutes for them. The food was soggy and feels like it sat on the counter for awhile. And the meat that they gave for the one meal was just a hamburger cut in half that they charged an additional $4 for. My chicken kabob Is just sliced chicken breast and not kabob . They also gave 1 set of utensils for 3 meals. I am extremely disappointed. Also, the seasoned fries are not seasoned.

The falafel are the best I ever ever eaten. The humus is incredibly smooth. The pita is chewy and fluffy. This is really good food!

Food was decent but paid $19 for lamb and rice and got a meal mostly consisting of rice and salad. If I'm paying that much for one meal I should at least receive more than 5 pieces of meat.

Small place with a 4-5 tables to sit at with counter service. Really good pita and hummus (super smooth and creamy), falafels (great consistency and taste), and chicken shawarma. Everything we ordered was good. Look forward to returning soon.

We usually do takeout. I called ahead, and lunch was ready for pickup within 15 min.Gor Shwarma (chicken) on pita and platter. As usual, chicken was flavorful, and pitta was fresh. The platter was also the same.Price is reasonable.Please give them a try.

The chicken is absolutely yummy at House Of Falafel. The flavorable chicken was well balanced with the rice and vegetables. And the people are kind and offer wonderful customer service. House of Falafel is our new go to for delicious Mediterranean food.
