I ordered my breakfast today morning at 8:30am and I waited almost 25 mins and still I didn’t received my order. this is ridiculous and Worst service and I just need my refund money.

Ordering through the app offers a good deal. The food was a little stale but not too bad. The atmosphere is nice with free soda refills, and free Wi-Fi, and it’s pretty quiet. In terms of service, I did not interact much with them since I order online but they seem okay.

Every time I come to this location, I am always pleased with all of the greatness that they deliver. These guys always have what I need and I love it. Thank you you McDonald’s. And the food is always fresh. Love it here.

Why is this McD cut the bottom part of the receipt off? Speculations include, 1) the company does not want customers taking the survey impossible to do so with out a the code on the bottom of receipt. 2) company does not want to incur a cost by giving a free sandwich with a validation code from the bottom of the receipt. I asked the manager "Anna" and she gave no explanation other than this is what the company had told her to do.

The Cappucino machine at this location has been broken for 3 months. Why are they not even fixing it. Sometimes I go at 10 am and they dont have hot chocolate either. I have started going to their other location at Menlo Park.
