We visited Mejwani expecting a great meal, but walked out feeling disappointed. The food did have good taste — no complaints there — but the pricing was completely unjustified. Our bill for 4 people came to $185, and on top of that, they added a mandatory 15% service charge.
For a casual dining restaurant, these numbers just don’t add up. Good flavor alone doesn’t make up for a bill that feels this inflated. Mejwani needs to rethink its pricing and transparency.

This was disappointing, we drove an hour to get here thinking its authentic Maharashtrian restaurant but none of the dishes were up to the mark, not to mention its expensive too. The ambience and service was good though

Had so many high hopes for this place. We did a takeout But what we ordered was so bad. We got misaal pav, kothambir vadi for apps and bharli vaangi as entree. Way too much oil and no flavor. How can u screw up misal pav? It was liquidy and a mess. All the items were terrible. Never going back and don’t recommend you go either.

Absolutely loved having dinner at Mejwani! We ordered Chicken and Fish Thali with bhakri option! The bhakris were super soft and thalis were authentic to the core! Their ukdiche modak are to die for- make sure to pre-order them 48 hrs before you go!! Will definitely visit again! Great food, great service, great ambience with soft marathi music in the bg!!
