Tired of going to the South Plainfield location. The chef just wants to put ketchup on my sub all the time. I order the impossible cheesesteak- should not have to order a specific NO Ketchup when it is not supposed to be on the sub. This has happened 4 times now, I will not go back again. It’s not worth it to keep having to go back and have my sub remade again because they don’t follow what the customer wants and orders.

Okay… back at Mr.Subs again just at a different location. This one is South Plainfield and we are trying to see if they ever miss…. THEY DONT!! Jesse’s customer service skills are amazing. Emilio did his thing on the grill and Brian accidentally gave us onions which actually turned out to be a good thing. No idea the onions would add more flavor to this masterpiece of a sandwich. Guys PLEASE try my order. Honey turkey & Swiss (Cook the meat & cheese together) Then make the sandwich Lettuce, tomatoes, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper & mayo. THEN THROW THE WHOLE THING ON THE GRILL. They never miss.
** UPDATE back again lol Michelle & Emilio were patient with me and my complicated order. These guys excel in service and etiquette. I am a regular here and no other place even comes close!! 💯💪🏾

The employees here are consistently rude and unengaged here, Mr. Subs ownership clearly needs to pay its employees better because the vibe in this place is horrendous! Subs are decent just be careful bout asking for condiments like mustard, the kid drowned the sub so bad it was inedible.

I ordered delivery. The sandwich (hot pastrami) was delicious, although could’ve used more pepper relish. But for my first time having it; it was delicious. ☺️ I also got the dill pickle. It was yummy.My only issue was that my French fries were practically un edible. They were so hard & extremely dry.
