I've done Mobile orders to go and they have always been 100% accurate and prepared just how you'd want.

Ive also dined in, the team is friendly and fast! They are generally a very busy location so on certain Lunch/Dinner rushes get ready for a line but the Kitchen is always pumping out what they need.

Dining area is always clean and the team here gets it done

My biggest gripe and luckily i won't dock a star for it is the Dr. pepper ? always tastes really bad. They need to have their Syrup supplier service the levels.

Otherwise the food is fresh and delicious ? with fast good service, what more would you want?

I was disappointed with my recent visit to Panda Express. I ordered two bowls both with fried rice, string beans and black pepper chicken. Both the chicken entrees were tasty and fresh but the fried rice which was undercooked really sucked ruined the entire dish. This fundamental mistake literally killed my appetite for fried rice.

I reached around 9:20pm and ordered one bigger plate, cub meal and panda bowl.
It seems they are hurry to close the counter and didn’t refill anymore. They gave whatever leftover on the counter.
The fried rice was very soggy and sticky, it's likely overcooked and not as good as it should be

DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE

I recently visited this restaurant and ordered fried rice, kung pao chicken and vegetables, and a kid's meal. After paying and waiting due to a chicken refill, I discovered they forgot the kung pao chicken when I got to my car.
Upon returning to the counter, the staff member checked my order while wearing the same gloves he used to handle the counter, which was unsettling.

Although he apologized and provided the missing item, the experience was marred by poor hygiene practices.
To make matters worse, he gave me the wrong receipt, preventing me from filing a proper complaint with management.

TL;DR - If you want to receive all the food you pay for (+ better food to boot), go to the Woodbridge location instead. If you must go to this location, do check that your order is complete before leaving with your takeout.

We used to live near this Panda and went there whenever we didn't feel like driving farther to "the good Panda"; the Woodbridge location. We preferred the Woodbridge location both for the higher food quality, and consistency in sending us away with 100% of the food we ordered. This Panda location has sent us away with incomplete orders 6-7x in the last couple of years.

We don't live near a Panda location anymore. I hadn't had Panda in over a year, and I was craving orange chicken - so we made the now 16-mile round trip drive to this location. Since moving away, we forgot that this Panda cannot be trusted to give you all your food, so we drove home without checking our order. When we got home, there was no orange chicken; just an empty crater in the takeout container where it should've been. So disappointing since the orange chicken was the only reason I even considered driving that far for fast food.

We never reported any of the prior incomplete orders, as we lived close enough to ask the restaurant to fix it. But since we now live too far for that, I did report feedback to Panda corporate. Apparently it doesn't matter how bad your experience was - all you're going to get from Panda corporate is an automated "thanks for your feedback, here's a free entree!" As if I'm going to drive another 16 miles for mediocre food from an establishment that is essentially stealing money from customers (yes, a years-long pattern of not giving customers food they paid for is stealing).

For the restaurant manager: I recommend you require your cashier to check orders before bagging them, rather than repeatedly sending customers away from your store with incomplete orders. This is a pattern that could easily be helped with a simple quality check measure.
