Horrible experience! Not sure what happened to place but stay away. Ruined my daughter’s birthday and was told sorry you feel that way and walked away. Service was horrible and waiter disappeared In the middle of service never to return. They sang happy birthday to other tables and ignored my daughters. Meanwhile lying to us about food. Can’t really express how angry and disappointed I was. If you want your special event ruined come here!!
I really don’t understand how Mateo, the general manager, is in the position he holds. Waited over two hours to receive my food when we were only one of two tables at the restaurant when we arrived. He was extremely rude and questioned if I thought it was fair that I was asking him to comp my food after the long wait. He did offer me to try rodizio in the meantime (since that is what my spouse was having), but I declined. He has no sort of customer service skills to resolve...read full review
A big thank you to PaulosBBQ for hosting our guests for my father’s repast today. The food was amazing and the staff was even better.
