Paulos BBQ Steakhouse

This has been one of the best Rodizio spots in NJ. The meat the they came out here was amazing. Most of it comes out medium rare but they can come back for medium well (and maybe more). The piccanha is the best that have out of all of them. We also went here for a birthday and the staff took care of us. I definitely would come back here in the near Future.

We came for a birthday dinner and it was beyond fantastic! We have been coming to Paulos since the early days when the kitchen was open up front and there were metal tables with checkered tablecloths! Our server Kaylli was so attentive and genuinely a sweet person. 10 out of 10!

Food was amazing, the vibes were great and so were the drinks. Went with some of my girls and we had a blast. Our server was Natalie and she was such a sweetheart. I always say the service is what makes the restaurant. Highly recommend! Thank you Natalie for a great experience.

The best restaurant I have ever experienced and i’m a big foodie. Gabriel our server was excellent So attentive and so nice from beginning to end. Every worker was so sweet. The music was hands down so good, literally made the environment so much better. My steak was AMAZING, along with the rest of my food. Will definitely recommend to everyone. So happy

Natalie was absolutely amazing! She was super friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience so enjoyable. She checked in often without being overbearing, had great recommendations, and made us feel really welcome the entire time. You can tell she genuinely cares about her guests, definitely one of the best servers I’ve had in a while. Highly recommend asking for Natalie!

My waitress was very attentive and so was the host. The food was amazing - I ordered the Picanha House style was delicious and cooked to perfection. My husband had the Picanha de Rodizio & he said it was delicious as well and he had left overs. The sangria was on point. My complaints will definitely come back.
