I ordered food for my boyfriend 20 minutes before he got out of trade school so it could 100% be ready when he got there since he’s been up since 3am and is tired; just for him to get there and be told they don’t know what happened to his food. I assume they gave it to someone else. Just psa some of your customers have long days and order online so they can take it and leave not sit there 20 minutes after the order was already placed and said ready. They also said he could just cancel his order like he once more wasn’t up since 3am and is hungry. Some of your customers have longer days then you and don’t want to wait an extra 15 minutes because you gave their food away to someone else. Something that said it should take 14 minutes ended up taking like 40 when I was literally cautious to order 20 minutes before hand for him because he also has 30 minutes of traffic to sit in to get home. Nice one. Promise that person didn’t need his food whoever you gave it to.

Food good, staff zero helpful, not friendly, not collaborative, unfortunately the staff do no help the place, they do not let us to eat a piece of pizza inside the store, they said we have to go out and eat sitting on the sidewalk

The worst experience me and my wife have ever had. Placed order at 7pm Tuesday July 15. We were still there after 935pm. Did not get the right order this place was a mad house. Couldn't get a refund or anything. If the restaurant was not equip with the right people or right equipment why would you even attempt to run a promotion if you knew you were going to fail. Very disappointed I will never visit another Pizza Hut while I'm alive after this experience and I'm sure Im not the only person that feels this way after experiencing this magnitude of failure. Manager Dan Patel and his crew seriously need to retrain everyone at this location.

I called ahead for pick up and got the completely wrong order. Asked for a half plain have pepperoni stuffed crust and got pepperoni and sausage on the whole pie. Thanks for wasting my time and money. Oh I forgot to mention my roommate also got the wrong order. Ordered a regular pizza and got tavern style pizza.

Absolutely the worst! They are giving call in and online orders to the people who are just walking in and when they come to window acting like they have the pizza but nothing is in the take out order oven. Waited additional mins for the lady to come back and say they can’t make the pizza I ordered the pizza at 5:23pm.. was suppose to be done in 25mins I was in line for a hour and 12 minutes for the manager to come and say he can’t make my order when it was suppose to be done already? I’m confused and disgusted Time stamps attached for when I finally got to the window PAID and waited again.. then the lady came back said she will give a refund! Then the manager comes to say he can’t make the pizza that was already suppose to be done.. so he gave my two medium pizzas away being money hungry (Tyrek M) the manager I was told his name by worker after he walked away with attitude..
