I called ahead for pick up and got the completely wrong order. Asked for a half plain have pepperoni stuffed crust and got pepperoni and sausage on the whole pie. Thanks for wasting my time and money. Oh I forgot to mention my roommate also got the wrong order. Ordered a regular pizza and got tavern style pizza.

Absolutely the worst! They are giving call in and online orders to the people who are just walking in and when they come to window acting like they have the pizza but nothing is in the take out order oven. Waited additional mins for the lady to come back and say they can’t make the pizza I ordered the pizza at 5:23pm.. was suppose to be done in 25mins I was in line for a hour and 12 minutes for the manager to come and say he can’t make my order when it was suppose to be done already? I’m confused and disgusted Time stamps attached for when I finally got to the window PAID and waited again.. then the lady came back said she will give a refund! Then the manager comes to say he can’t make the pizza that was already suppose to be done.. so he gave my two medium pizzas away being money hungry (Tyrek M) the manager I was told his name by worker after he walked away with attitude..

This is the absolute worst Pizza Hut I have ever ordered from. I waited over an hour for my pizza just for the delivery driver to never show up. When I called the store a woman ignored me and put me on hold or something but she never came back to the phone.

There is no Dine-in option. I ordered the pizza well done and it wasn’t. I got a plain hand tossed pizza and a pan pizza with sausage. They made 2 hand tossed. This was a honest mistake this only thing that really bothered me was I told them the name on the order was John and she kept asking if it was Jackson. Like 5 times she asked, I know my name lol. The pizza was a good quality, still better than Dominos or Papa John’s. I do plan to return because the pizza places near me are really bad and they close early. They are open fairly late. They need to spruce up the inside, it’s a little dingy.

This place has the most useless employees I've ever seen. I was on the phone to try and make an order for 15 minutes before the call disconnected. I then tried again and it was disconnected immediately. I went in to order and it took super long for someone to even come out to take my order. The employee gave me a ton of attitude for just trying to put in an order. While I waited, I tried to call again because I was curious, and I saw an employee pick up the phone and immediately hang up. And when I got my food and walked to my car, the bread sticks were somehow cold. If you don't want to work here, fine, but then just close the store for the day or something, because why have it open if you don't want to make orders.

Purchased a large supreme just now for pickup at the south Plainfield location . Paid 20 plus dollars for it. There a few pieces of each item and most slices are almost just cheese. Hardly any sausage,pepperoni, peppers or mushrooms. This is not what you usually get from Pizza Hut. Tried to call and when I said I wanted to discuss my order two separate individuals put me right back to their voice message. This is why I’m leaving this review. Not a good way to treat customers. Plus when I picked up my order I threw 5 singles in the tip jar and the guy at the counter said nothing. A thankyou would have been appreciated. Very disappointed
