Our meal was fine but there was one issue. We had to wait longer than normal for our meal. The manager came out with our meals. He explained that my lobster flatbread was cooked too well and he asked the chef to remake it. He brought out the overcooked flatbread so I would have something to eat while waiting.

Service was very poor. I had to ask another waiter to put my order in . My waiter didn’t introduce herself, didn’t check to see if anything was needed. My waiter was Rashaunti J . I waited 1hr15mins for my food. When she brought the drinks out to go she slammed the glass on table. I had asked for water to go with no lemon . It was a terrible experience.

The service provided by Mariah was very good. She was very attentive & pleasant. A nice combination when trying to have a pleasant, quiet lunch ☺️. Also the manager, Adela, checked on me during the meal to ensure everything was good. Very pleased.
Johanna and Adele did a great job making sure we had what we needed as well a great experience. Two thumbs up!!!

I had a bad experience here. I just had dinner with my family, and the calamari was overcooked. We explained this to our server, and he charged it instead of taking it off our bill. I am a Red Lobster Rewards member and used my 5 dollar credit, which had to be voided due to the manager not taking off the app. Instead of trying to see how to help, the manager said I know the manager where you live, and it's on him in LI, NY. I was very disappointed, as I really enjoyed Reb lobster, and was turned off. I ordered choose two shrimp, which came with no sauces to dip. The server was not as attentive as he could have been. This was not a good meal, and I had to find something else to eat. The only saving grace was the delicious bread!
Walked in and literally was there standing waiting for someone to seat me. Atleast 3 people that worked there saw me standing there and there was plenty ladies in the bar area that were standing round doing nothing it seemed like and nobody came.nobody even acknowledgedme there or said anythingto me. Piss poor customer service out the gate. Smh I really wanted some.shrimp alfredo too.

Ate at the Reb Lobster# 0379 in South Plainfield NJ and have GREAT Experience! We had a server named Lafayette who was AWESOME! He was super attentive, got all our orders correct and told me about the Rewards program which I just joined! At the end he told us it was his 1st DAY which made the whole experience More impressive! We gave a compliment to his manager, Eli who was also very Nice :) Shout out to the South Plainfield NJ restaurant!
Parking: Park very close and no need to walk far :)
