Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

When we arrived I advised our server we had a free appetizer reward, an ordered the Tsunami shrimp which was very good. All our food was good, the issue is the server took off $4.00 for the shake my husband ordered instead of the shrimp which was $12.99. When I asked the server he said it is an appetizer or desert, since when does a milkshake qualify as desert not on my planet. I asked the server to correct it he stated there was nothing he could do. So for $8.99 they have lost loyal customers. Thanks another on the list of no go toos.

Why was my cheese burger completely burnt and with no cheese

Explanation:
Our initial waiter said that because it's our first time, we got complimentary fries for the table for free and that they would be bottomless. However, when we got our bill, we saw we were charged for it. Apparently, it would have been free if we ordered a certain item on the menu? It was never mentioned to us and just ended up being a hidden charge we were forced to pay. We talked to our new waiter about it (the first one went home), and he said sorry and gave some half-baked explanation that didn't make sense. It was shady and honestly very bad business practices. We came in off of a recommendation, but this location is certainly not it. It's unfortunate cause the food was decent and our first waiter gave us very quick service, but ruined it at the end. Please go to a different location or avoid Red Robin altogether and spend your money wisely elsewhere, where they actually care about the customer.

The food wasn't bad. The service was cool and accommodating. Pretty quiet and calm family environment. Unlike the Woodbridge Red Robin, my burger was cooked to perfection! I asked for it medium well and it was JUST THAT! Bacon was crisp, as was the lettuce with a juicy tomato to compliment it! Service was extremely friendly and this visit has totally restored my faith in this franchise!! Will definitely be returning

My son and daughter went here last night because we hadn't been there in years. Probably before Covid. Service and food were excellent as I remembered although I think they changed their buns and got rid of the grilled cheeses. My daughter wasn't happy about that... So we ordered a burger with a Mac N cheese side. Daughter ordered a crispy chicken sandwich with fries. Git pretzel bites and mozzarella twists for appetizers. My son wanted my Macn cheese and we shared the appetizers. Kids got apple juice and I got a diet coke. So that's the order and the food was outstanding..

Now the bad The Mac N cheese side for my burger was $3.00 extra!!! It was only 5-6 bites of food!!! My son got one apple juice refill but that wasn't free!!! And the drinks were highly iced up. The total bill came out to $88 with tip. Even in this environment that price is crazy high. Even with the great service and good food it's just not worth that. They need to lower their prices for us to come back which is just a shame.

I recently visited Red Robin, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. Upon arriving, the host seated us at a table that was clearly dirty, with crumbs and sticky residue all over it. After noticing the mess, the host quickly apologized and moved us to another table. However, the second table wasn’t much better—it was covered in sticky residue on the seats, and the booth bench and table were both littered with crumbs.

It was frustrating to see such a lack of attention to cleanliness, especially in a place that's known for its casual dining atmosphere. I understand that restaurants can get busy, but basic cleanliness should always be a priority. The experience left me feeling uncomfortable, and I ended up leaving right away and told the host it is dirty she even responded “ i understand, it’s ok” lol !

This place is the furthest thing from gourmet. Besides the fact that my stomach is in knots, we had the worst service ever. Upon arriving at this location, we were seated near the bar where we waited 15 minutes to place an order. I had to ask the hostess if someone was coming to take our order. A few minutes later we were finally greeted by Matthew who said he was busy with other guests. Between Matthew and the rest of the staff there tonight, no one was helpful and literally everyone was on their phones half the time.
I ordered a chicken sandwich with bottomless fries to share with my toddler. The order took ridiculously long to come out. As we were getting close to the end of the fries I ask for a small amount more of the fries. 20 minutes went by and still no fries. There wasn't many people at the restaurant so I don't understand why the service had to be this bad. I'm now home and my toddler is crying saying "more fries please". So thanks for ruining my child's night and mine. Such a waste of money coming to this place and ordering the bottomless fries when we couldn't even get a second order because we were ignored. I will never come back to this location again and for anyone reading this just know you need to have a lot of time on your hands to wait for mediocre food that will give you a stomach ache.

Have been to red robin earlier at a different location, almost 2 years ago. Enjoyed their burgers, recommended many.

As far as this location goes-
Service is decent
Like any American diner.

For the price they charged
Burgers aren't great.
They were overdone, slightly leaned towards burnt than smokey.

They do offer a nice range of substitutes for the patties.

Sides are amazing, enjoyed sweet potato fries, yuca chips and the garlic Parmesan broccoli.
Please be mindful that most of the sides are at an add on price.

May be because-

Personal experience. We were billed for a burger twice. Checked it later and called the manager, who argued a lot that his receipt doesn't show the extra price. But the amount debited on the card speaks numbers.

Redirected us to billing accounting what so ever
After a couple of followups, we did get the refund.

Staff was busy - but helping each other to make sure guests are taken care of. Food was delicious. Onion rings are my favorite!
