After the eats Brunswick location closed I was craving a burger so I came here. Service from The bartender Kaitlyn was great, checked in on me frequently and made sure I never went thirsty or without fries. Michael the GM also stopped by to ensure everything was good. Thanks for the great meal.

When we arrived I advised our server we had a free appetizer reward, an ordered the Tsunami shrimp which was very good. All our food was good, the issue is the server took off $4.00 for the shake my husband ordered instead of the shrimp which was $12.99. When I asked the server he said it is an appetizer or desert, since when does a milkshake qualify as desert not on my planet. I asked the server to correct it he stated there was nothing he could do. So for $8.99 they have lost...

The food wasn't bad. The service was cool and accommodating. Pretty quiet and calm family environment. Unlike the Woodbridge Red Robin, my burger was cooked to perfection! I asked for it medium well and it was JUST THAT! Bacon was crisp, as was the lettuce with a juicy tomato to compliment it! Service was extremely friendly and this visit has totally restored my faith in this franchise!! Will definitely be returning
