Good ice-cream
Love the variety. But the customer service is really bad. The young kids working there seem really angry. No greeting OR SMILE, just HOW CAN I HELP YOU. Then they put their (dirty) hands in the cups and handle the spoons from the side we use to eat out of. I asked the one kid to not handle the spoons or not to put his hands in the cup. Then he went to the back freezer to scoop up icy and his thumb in it. (He thought i couldn't see him).
The custard is so delicious and creamy!! It's Rita's, so you know what you're getting. Here theyre friendly and quick service is a great addition to the treats. :)

Terrible, the workers started rushing my 5 year old niece while trying to order a ice cream. Giving me and my niece dirty looks while rolling their eyes. I put my other niece on the phone so she could order and laughed at me and her. I was also laughing at for speaking English. English is not my first language so getting made fun of is not an appropriate service.
