Teriyaki One

I normally enjoy the chicken teriyaki from here but tonight I placed an order with Uber Eats right before 8:00 tonight and it wasn’t good at all. I am a repeat customer and I always order the chicken teriyaki with extra sauce and that’s what I receive. But not tonight! I asked for extra teriyaki sauce and got none, my first bite was chicken fat and white rice. One small area had teriyaki sauce and the whole container was white rice with a little bit of chicken. It’s really annoying paying money and not enjoying what I pay for.

Tried Chicken Teriyaki.. It was really great! 👍👌
Beware - it's addictive! You may want to eat it again and again 😋.
Just a small feedback though - they may want to reduce the sweetness in their Teriyaki sauce.

I drove 25 minutes for a pick up order of chicken teriyaki and when I got home there was no teriyaki sauce in my chicken . Food was very dry , and also horrible customer service.

Food is solid and consistently fresh. Can’t really go wrong with the chicken teriyaki special. The noodles are just straight noodles, No seasons or anything.

Teriyaki beef is excellent.

all of the workers are great. food is great and always fresh. 10/10 recommend. for the price its unbeatable.

The poke bowl is soooo delicious!! I cannot get enough of it and the creamy yum yum sauce. You guys always give a generous amount when serving or packing plates/bowls.

The service is really very quick. But the food was really so so. The main problem is, they pack the food in plastic containers. Even if you want to dine in, they provide the food in plastic. The food is hot as well. So it is not just not healthy, but it is dangerous to consume not food on top of plastic containers..

I have no problem with the food. My issue is from a recent pick up order. When I picked up my order the guy, behind the counter, asked me if I ordered twice. I had issues ordering from Doordash so it was possible I did. I told him I wasn't sure we should check the receipts. The guy took one quick look at it, said "it wasn't", then proceeded to crumple up the receipt. I then asked "are you sure? Cause I could have by mistake". He then said "no I'm sure", so I took him fo his word and left. When I got home I rechecked to be certain and found out I had ordered twice. The guy lied to me rather to avoid giving me a refund or so he could keep the food for himself. Either way it left me feeling like i got ripped off.
