Chicken teriyaki is not marinated. It was too dry. I will avoid this place going forward.

The teriyaki chicken and beef bento box is so delicious and has so much food to enjoy. The spring rolls and dumplings are tasty, and I like to mix the salad with the hot rice and meat. I always order the tempura fried California roll, too. It's amazing. My food is always ready for me when I order it online and go pick it up. I don't order at traditionally busy times, so I've never had to wait long. Highly recommend. Great food, clean restaurant, and hard workers.

My husband ordered food on Uber Eats for me to pick up. When I got there, I saw he had ordered the wrong item. The manager was so gracious to exchange the item for the correct one (they were about the same value, but a completely different dish). Rare to see someone concerned about the customer. Very grateful!

I have had great experiences each time I have eaten here. My go to sushi roll is the angry dragon roll and my go to meal is the chicken teriyaki. Must try both. But please turn the music down a little lol.

It's a great place to stop by and have some Teryaki Chicken and Beef with rice and fried noodles. One "downside" is, if you're in a rush, the place can be busy, a lot of people will come to order. It's a great sign of a good business to have a lot of customers, but not if you're in a rush and it's too busy. It's nice that they'll give you a card to a free meal if you reach a certain amount of orders. It may not be a perfect restaurant, but it's enough for me to give this place 5-stars.

Was looking for a place to grab a quick dinner in the area and passed this option. They still have a Grand Opening sign outside, but based on yelp reviews look like its been open over a year. My favorite thing about this place is that they give a lot of chicken. I think its in line with double chicken at other places. Chicken is juicy, and they added a good amount of sauce (but not excessive). I was pretty full after. Service is fairly quick. Large parking lot.

Teriyaki One in South Plainfield, NJ, is a gem! The teriyaki dishes, especially the bento boxes, are flavorful, portions generous, and service prompt. A go-to spot for delicious Japanese cuisine, whether dining in or taking out. Recommended!

Meh. Ten bucks for a bunch of rice, a tiny portion of meat, some cabbage and a few slivers of carrot. I won't be back.Looking at photos from previous reviews makes me wonder. My meal certainly didn't have as much meat as shown in the pictures. Maybe those people paid an additional $4 for "extra meat"? That would make it cost $14. Nope.

Love coming In and eating freshly cooked great food. Nothing else like it on the market. The gentleman with glasses who takes my order most of the time is great. In fact the whole staff seems really genuine and cool. Will spread the word.
The gentleman let me in a little before they opened which was very kind of him. Very polite, good conversation while I waited all of 2 minutes for my food. Couldn't be happier. Food is always fresh and delicious and friendly staff. Would highly recommend this place.
