I placed an online order e0 mins before. I get they tell me to come around . Then I waited fo15 minutes. I went inside and the manager told me that I had a big order which is why I placed it 30 minutes before . She went on to say that. The order only pulls up when I actually show up. Which made no sense because why place it online and not just order it when I get there. No apology for the wait ! Bad customer service and bad manager.

Ordered a side of 4 nuggets, but was only given 3. This is the 2nd time this has happened. I know it's ridiculous, and I should've checked before I left the drive thru. I had hope it wouldn't happen again. At least my bro got all 10 nuggets for his meal, as it was only 9 last time.

6/23/2025, 21:10, one person in front of us, waited on line for 30 minutes, then got chance to order. the service is the worst.

one customer ahead us, not warranty half hours wait time. they cited computer problem, but that's not a good excuse, they can use the other checkout or restart the computer. or they can order whatever we need then do the computer entry later. the store manager, Daisy provided no apologize at all

Customer service is poor! Workers will look at you and act like they do not see you standing there waiting to order. However it does make sense. , after seeing the manager just standing against the wall while being on her cellphone , she has no customer service skills , she did not speak or help one customer while being in there for 20 mins . Go elsewhere for better service !
