Customer service is poor! Workers will look at you and act like they do not see you standing there waiting to order. However it does make sense. , after seeing the manager just standing against the wall while being on her cellphone , she has no customer service skills , she did not speak or help one customer while being in there for 20 mins . Go elsewhere for better service !

Did not appreciate it after spending $45+ having to pay .30 cent additional for barbecue sauce. A reasonable amount of condiments should be free after $10/$20. I prefer over ketchup. How much more profit do you need to squeeze out of greasy burgers and fries???♂️

Cold fries Burger ended in a trash. People working there are rude. Would not recommend.
I just walked out, the customer service is very poor. There was four employees behind the register talking as I came in. All four looked at me and continued talking for 2 minutes before even acknowledging me. Why would I want to spend my hard earned money here. I’m very unhappy and Management needs speak with their employees about how not to lose customers, especially when other restaurants are starting to build closer to this location.

Today I went to this location to have something quick to eat. Ordered the five dollar bundle and The host Kaleb made a error in the receiving of my order, and to add insult to injury I asked for his name he became silent, and upon getting my order and coming home they had originally gave me what the error order was and I’m so not happy right now not only with the messing up my order once again, which caused me not to go back to this location, but I decided to give them another chance and still, I’m not satisfied maybe this is a hint for me to stop eating here. PERIOD!!! I called the location. Rwanda was kind enough to credit me the items that they screwed up on but at this point I’m not Interested. I pay attention to greeting, accuracy in service, and consideration for peoples time!
