I was so disappointed when I came late night for a chocolate milkshake and they weren’t available. I live in a part of Pennsylvania where there’s no WC and after cooking all day for thanksgiving and then driving the food to Jersey I agent eaten all day and that’s what I had planned to have. The reason I gave 5 stars is because the food was still great but most importantly the service provided by the young man in drive thru was SUPERB!!! He was apologetic, courteous and gave recommendations with amazing energy. Thank you so much!

I was a regular customer that loved to get White Castle until just recently. I found a large amount of hair in my food and when I brought it to the managers attention they had an attitude as if I was inconveniencing them. There very rude here, they also don’t support the homeless at all, they kick homeless kids out in 50 degree weather. I WOULDNT RECOMMEND OR SUPPORT!!

We ordered the 20 count cheeseburger meals for 4. The fries were cold, not even warm. We didnt get any soft drinks. Paid $38.27. The burgers were fine. We're from the West Coast and couldn't wait to eat White Castle food. It was a slight disappointment.
