Causeway is simply not the same quality as it was under the previous owner. I’ve been going there for 20+ years and since the change in management the quality of the ice cream has just gone down hill. The hard ice cream has ice chips in it, the flavors aren’t as rich and creamy, and the milkshakes are pure milk, all liquid barely any ice cream. Some of the classic flavors are hard to ruin so some of the flavors are good. But just recently I had a milkshake that made me sick halfway through drinking it.

I can’t say enough good things about Causeway. The new owner, Brad, is great! And every time I go it’s better than the time before! I got an ice cream cake made custom for my husband’s birthday and it was the BEST ice cream cake we have ever had! The entire party wanted a second piece! Can’t recommend it enough!!
