Causeway is simply not the same quality as it was under the previous owner. I’ve been going there for 20+ years and since the change in management the quality of the ice cream has just gone down hill. The hard ice cream has ice chips in it, the flavors aren’t as rich and creamy, and the milkshakes are pure milk, all liquid barely any ice cream. Some of the classic flavors are hard to ruin so some of the flavors are good. But just recently I had a milkshake that made me sick...
Wonderful flavors. Don't know how i found this place but visited it 3 times in as many days just to have the soft serve. I was told this place has been there for years. Worth a drive and pint of joy..Go!
They have nice Halloween decorations and very large animated creatures for the season right out front. Always enjoy the ice cream and very friendly service I wish it was a little closer to me I would definitely go more often.
