This place is so dirty. I live in South River and I refuse to buy donuts and munchkins from this location because they are always covered with flies. They flies are even in the walls. Been reporting this for so long and they refuse to do something about this issue. It is so unsanitary!

Large hot coffee, six creams and seven sugars. Come on guys this is not rocket science. Four straight times and not an ounce of sugar in my coffee. I work normal job and do not have time to go back to have my coffee done the correct way when it should be done the first time. Employees here need to care about their job and customers and get it done right. Will tell Everybody I know never stop at this location.

Very good service from these 2 young gentlemen working 6-10 this week. Not only did they make my coffees fast but they also explained how to use the app properly! They're very nice and everyone has a great attitude . This is the best experience I've had at this Dunkin so far. Can't wait to come again!

Yo if you guys don't fire that one kid with busted airforces, looks to big and slow for dunkin, I was waiting for my order and I see him on his phone texting, I asked if he could make my order and he says "can you wait" in a rudely manner and continues to text on his phone. His name was Anthony he's mad slow for no reason like I'd smack the sht out of that kid bro, he too lazy to make me a water and he vapes everytime I go there in a blind spot while he's sitting down looking like a mega snorlax in that joint. He was high taking my order and he said "I'm in yodie land" like shut yo goofy ass up, he says homophobic slurs and racial slurs and tells me that I hopped the border and he gotta lisp can't even speak right headass kid needa be fired asap.
I recommend to never come here when the big slow white kid id working. this is hurrendous to the beautiful business of Dunkin Donuts. There motto is america runs on dunkin, but the employee doesn't run at all. He's so big and slow it's horrible. I do not recommend this place. Everyone else is a very good worker

If you guys don't fire the big slow white kid you won't be receiving my business again. Not only was he sitting on his phone when I came in for the mobile order I placed, but I had to wait an additional 20 minutes on top of the time it took me to get there, to wait for him to make me one breakfast taco only for it to end up completely unraveled and ruined. I could walk behind the counter and do his job 100% better than him and most able humans could as well, the lack of training and care in the staff hiring is repulsive. Have some standard to your business. Also what kind of Dunkin threatens to tow the cars of the customers and nearby employees, WORST DUNKIN YOU WILL EVER GO TO
