Huge slices with plenty of toppings and nothing like the overpriced, dried out, triangle bread shingles from the boardwalk. They always have more than enough choices.
I don't think it's Italian owned, but the owners/staff do it right. Definitely return! Looks like they have great special deals too!
Excellent pizza!
love love love LT's! Great food -- great people! Great place to have a party .... Laurie is so sweet!
The make a 24 inch pie is terrific The entrees and sandwiches are of excellent quality
The best!
I attended a friends party at the small out-of-the-way restaurant, and the food was absolutely amazing and I am a very finicky eater. I just went back here today to get pricing on some of their catering dishes just to get for my family because it was so fabulous.

I'm an Italian guy from Jersey transplanted to Texas years ago. I have many, many fond memories of the shore and boardwalk, and the area's food, not the least of which include Maruca's pizza and the sausage sandwiches from Midway (and several consistently good boardwalk vendors). No chance getting anything close to that stuff in north Texas!
I still have family there, and my wife and I were visiting some in Toms River in early October. It's a bit chancy getting boardwalk food in the off-season, and we certainly got some seriously sub-standard pizza and sausage from the places I mentioned above. So I asked my cousin. She mentioned that she'd heard some raves from friends and family about the pies at LT's, though she hadn't been there herself, and suggested we give it a try. So we grabbed some other cousins and headed there. WOW! What great pizza! The BEST I can remember having for a long, long, long time. Great dough, simple and quality toppings, and cooked perfectly. The 4 of us ordered a large cheese pie and inhaled it. We'd brought some wine with us and spent several hours dining and talking. The pizza was so good that, over the evening, we ordered another along with some side salads and the fried calamari. All was great - the food was excellent, the server was fast and fun, owner was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere relaxed. But the pizza! It's a long drive from Texas, so I'll have to wait. But if you prize great pizza and can get there, do it! Bring some good wine and fun family with you, and enjoy your evening!
