I attended a friends party at the small out-of-the-way restaurant, and the food was absolutely amazing and I am a very finicky eater. I just went back here today to get pricing on some of their catering dishes just to get for my family because it was so fabulous.

I'm an Italian guy from Jersey transplanted to Texas years ago. I have many, many fond memories of the shore and boardwalk, and the area's food, not the least of which include Maruca's pizza and the sausage sandwiches from Midway (and several consistently good boardwalk vendors). No chance getting anything close to that stuff in north Texas!

I still have family there, and my wife and I were visiting some in Toms River in early October. It's a bit chancy getting boardwalk food in the off-season, and we certainly got some seriously sub-standard pizza and sausage from the places I mentioned above. So I asked my cousin. She mentioned that she'd heard some raves from friends and family about the pies at LT's, though she hadn't been there herself, and suggested we give it a try. So we grabbed some other cousins and headed there. WOW! What great pizza! The BEST I can remember having for a long, long, long time. Great dough, simple and quality toppings, and cooked perfectly. The 4 of us ordered a large cheese pie and inhaled it. We'd brought some wine with us and spent several hours dining and talking. The pizza was so good that, over the evening, we ordered another along with some side salads and the fried calamari. All was great - the food was excellent, the server was fast and fun, owner was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere relaxed. But the pizza! It's a long drive from Texas, so I'll have to wait. But if you prize great pizza and can get there, do it! Bring some good wine and fun family with you, and enjoy your evening!

We hosted a surprise 75th birthday this weekend with 35 guests and it was perfect. The food was delicious. Lori had the room setup nicely... linens, place settings, chair covers, bluetooth speaker and even a photo backdrop. Awesome venue to host an event, Best quality all inclusive price! Thank you Lori and team.

Good food and nice people. I've been happy with everything from pasta to salad to baked dishes. The only *reliable* pizza place around here.

Check the latest health report. (07/16/24) THIRTEEN violations. Not “paper” violations, all related to filth and disease….like cockroaches! LT's Pizzeria at 399 Dover Road in Toms River was cited for 13 violations. The report stated that “multiple complaints (were) received by OCHD regarding roaches observed in multiple rooms.” Flies were also found. According to the report, there were multiple places in the wall where pests could get in. The floor trim was in “disrepair” and ceiling tiles needed to be fixed. In addition to the walls and ceiling, the report stated that the front counter cabinet had broken and bare wood, which needed to be fixed and sealed. Its urinal and kitchen hand sink faucet also needed repair. And the floor drain needed a cover. The report also found soiled food equipment being stored with clean equipment and syrup was leaking from its storage. Waste water was also being thrown outside instead of drained in the mop sink. The report recommended a general cleaning.
