He has a reason and I said I’m ok with the cream cheese melting and he says no. He is not flexible at all. Also they refuse to put enough butter on a buttered bagel, the butter only fills the pores of the bagel so it’s scraped. All three times so I asked for a little more butter. Visited for the first time this past weekend and think I've finally found our bagel spot. Moved to Burlington County nearly 3 years ago and had yet to find a good place for bagels. Ordered a breakfast sandwich, toasted bagel w/cream cheese and 6 bagels to go. All were amazing! Blueberry, sesame, egg, cinnamon raisin, rye and a tomato basil. Also tried the cold brew coffee. It was 💯
The staff were all incredibly friendly and accommodating and the space is huge and spotlessly clean. I'll definitely be a regular.

I ordered 1 bagel and people after me were getting their food before me. I said something and several other people were coming out to look at me and then when my stuff was done she comes out with an attitude and says my sandwich and then leaves it on the the counter and walks away. Absolute bad attitude for a customer service employee!!!!

Ordered an asiago and cheddar blto and it would have been good if the staff would have used a different knife to cut the sandwich. They ruined my sandwich by using a knife that had been used with cinnamon on it. Bacon onion tomato lettuce mayonnaise and an asiago bagel cut with cinnamon butter is disgusting just so you know. Do we need to specify to use a clean knife when we order? I'm sure today was just a fluke, because in the past my orders have been on point and incredibly delicious.
Cross contamination is not a good thing.
Maybe the managers the sandwich builder board workers and the owners could benefit from some safe serve classes. That prevents the spread of wrong flavors, bacteria from one food to another.

Cheese bagels 🥯 as good or might be better than jt bagel hut. The turkey bacon and turkey sausage options is nice and rare to find. I wish I could have tipped more but didn’t want to blow all my cash during the doomsday wildfire. Service was great. Only bad thing is this place gets very busy and needs a better parking lot. Coffee was outstanding my wife was sipping it all day and refused to throw it out after it getting cold.
