We stopped in with friends after a sporting event and had an excellent experience. Our waiter, Brian, was on top of things and was able to handle our large group pretty easily. The food came out in waves, but everybody's meals were hot and perfectly curated. Wish every experience at a eatery was like this one.

The food was ok. In the hour to hour and a half we were there we only saw the waitress three times. The place was almost empty. She waited on two or three other tables while we were there and never stopped by the table once to ask if there was anything else we wanted to order or needed. I wanted my water glass refilled but that never happened. I usually tip 20 to 25 % but she only got 10. The music was a little loud but the poorest selection of songs I have ever heard in a restaurant.

Our server, Sarah M., was friendly, kind, patient, and an absolute delight! We will definitely make the drive from NE Philly just to have Sarah M. as our server again. Her Manager, Elizabeth, was equally as delightful!

Winifred date we wanted to do an appetizer more tapas type of dining for dinner We ended up ordering the large appetizer sampler and side of cheese fries. The food was really good minus the salsa was more water than actual food. The servervice was polite well done. Overall the place is clear the last time I was there.

Not sure how the card side to go is supposed to work here? I could see people looking out the window that work there. So I waited and no one showed up. I tried to go in the side door it felt like it was locked went back to my car and people came out of the door. Went back in to see people standing around.

I take my teenagers out here after 9 once a month, it’s our thing to catch up without the little kids around. We came to this Applebee’s at least 3 times and everything was great, until tonight.
When served our food, my pretzels came with a spoonful of cheese dip in a soup size cup. My daughter’s pretzels were frozen inside. When I asked for more cheese, our waitress said “I’m going to have to charge you for that.” Which made me laugh a bit. She said she’ll get her manager.
The manager was unprofessional. He had a scoffing tone when I showed him the cheese and told him about the frozen food.
Then the waitress came back every few minutes while we were eating to ask if we needed anything for the rest of the night. After the 3rd time I got the hint she wanted us to leave.
Truly a shame that chain restaurants get run down by young wait staff and unprofessional management.
