I went here on Friday for my mother-in-law's birthday, My wife was there also. Terrible customer service. The girl that took our order never came back to the table and asked us how everything was or if we needed anything. I understand if you're new at your job, But whoever was training her should have shown her how to do it. All we really heard was the bartender arguing in the kitchen with whoever closed the bar the night before. First time and last time going to this location.

Very loud, chaotic, and blatantly obnoxious clientele. Kids running all over, not sitting down. The waiter we had a bad attitude and acted like he couldn’t care less. The food tasted awful overall and the dessert was so small, that a toddler could have eaten it in one setting. What an absolute disgrace of a chain restaurant!! Don’t waste your time; you are better off going to McDonalds. At least at McDonald’s, people aren’t running around and screaming like hooligans.

Our favorite restaurant chain. So far we have dined in other cities where we awarded 5 stars to the dishes. In this restaurant a little less. The service was reasonable, not beyond that the atmosphere is good, the music and the acoustics are reasonable. Parking is convenient. The prices are absolutely reasonable.
Kid-friendliness: Yes, in my opinion, suitable for children.
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, there is accessibility for the disabled.

Happy to still have an Applebees in the area after they closed the one up near Doylestown. Had an enjoyable meal this weekend at the Southampton Applebees. It was reminiscent of old times. We almost always go for a 2 for... $29 deal (used to be $20, but everything is understandably more expensive post pandemic). So, we got mozzarella sticks as our appetizer, one bacon cheeseburger and one broccoli chicken alfredo. Everyone enjoyed what they ate. Our server, I think his name was Anthony, was cordial and quick. The reason for the 4s instead of 5s is because Applebees is not my absolute favorite food, but it is usually something at least familiar which you could find almost anywhere. They've taken a few of my favorite dishes off the menu over the years but it is understandable and the atmosphere got a bump down because I'm not a sports fan but the tv was a little distracting and the way the ac is pointed, the person in the window seat got a chilling wind tunnel effect.. but i am sure it is not easy to regulate temp in a building like that. So, overall, it was a fine visit. Everyone enjoyed their meals reasonably well. Our server was great. And the ambiance is what it is... a typical restaurant/sports bar hybrid.
Our server, Brian, was amazing. The food was all excellent. I'm definitely going to request him our next time there.

Lousy service. Same old boring menu. Bartender made me a lousy drink. By the time she came back to check on me, I just wanted to pay and get the hell out. I had things to do, Idont have all night to sit there with a lousy drink while she waits on everyone else. No wonder this place is never busy. I won't be back.

I only take a star away because having young children, we felt that food took too long, soup and salad were served within a couple of minutes before platters were served. Our waiter, I believe was Frank unless I caught his name wrong was very good to us. Very polite and attentive. If ordering the all you can eat, place your next protein order as soon as your served your first, it worked for us, that way basically almost no wait time. Enjoy!
