Was called racial slurs by the employees and the “manager” wasn’t any better then the workers. Jaylin and the other employees that are calling people the hard r and other words should be fired. Will not be coming back to location ever again. It’s even disgusting looking inside the store maggots and flies everywhere.

I try to avoid this Dunkin’ Donuts at all costs. It seems like they are always out of certain products (Whip cream, caramel, veggie egg bites, certain donuts) and 90% of the time they hand you the wrong order at the drive-through. If you use this Dunkin, don’t just check the Sticker for your order, check inside the bag as well.

*** This applies to the Rt 70 and 206 circle location only ***One staff was counting money very slowly on the counter out of cash drawer then put $ in paper bag. We were waiting for 1 cup of regular coffee & 2 donuts at drive thru then 2 other staff popped up from left side 2 or 3 minutes later. Told them that there was trash all over driveway, this has happened before too. Who's in charge of emptying trash more often.

Cannot believe a small black iced coffee is $3.25?! On the board it said $3.03 the prices are never the same as on board. They canceled the french crueller donut! No bueno! Nice people and clean property though i must say.

By far the best experience I've had at Dunkin Donuts! The staff was extremely patient and friendly, the facility was spotless and the order came quickly and EXACTLY how I asked for! (I'm picky and and always change things up)I will be a regular customer!

My first visit to this location was through the drive-thru. I arrived at approximately 6:30 a.m. and found only one car ahead of me. As soon as it was my turn, the attendant promptly took my order. I kept it simple with a black coffee and a sandwich. The payment process was swift, and I received my order without delay.The coffee was excellent, though it's hard to mess up a black coffee. It had the perfect flavor and temperature. As for the sandwich, it met my expectations precisely – everything was correct and as I had ordered.Overall, I had a pleasant experience. The girl at the drive-thru window was efficient and courteous, making the whole process smoother. I appreciate her excellent service.However, I did notice that the parking lot's entrance and exit are a little peculiar and might need some improvement. It wasn't a significant issue, but it caught my attention.In conclusion, my first time at this location was positive. The quick service, delicious coffee, and accurate order made for a satisfying visit. I look forward to returning in the future, and I want to thank the staff once again for their excellent service.

Never going again to this Dunkin. They have messed up simple sandwich orders numerous times and today was last straw. Made me wrong sandwich, ok not a big deal so I drove back to get it corrected. The manager ended up remaking my food, didn't toast the bagel, barely heated the sausage, and looked like they threw it all in the same wrapper and bag I brought back in. There's way too many Dunkin Donuts that I can go to, to have to deal with such horrible service. I will say the coffee I got was good but I didn't get anything fancy just simple medium coffee with cream and sugar. So maybe if that's all you're going to get go for it, which is why I gave it 2 stars instead of 1

Worst dunkin in america! Never has anything! Went today around midday for munchkins, had none. This is the third and last time I'll ever go to this dunkin, previous two times I've had to settle for something I didnt want or just left. AND they have the audacity to have a "Now Hiring" sign out front... For why? You've got nothing to sell apparently!!

Just visited this location approx 20 minutes ago. In the meantime I have lodged a formal complaint with Dunkin Donuts. My drink was made incorrectly, the caramel was left out. When I returned to the location, I attempted to enter and the door was locked. I knocked twice and could clearly see the employee ignoring me so I walked around to the drive thru window. I started to try to explain that my drink was made incorrectly and the employee, a man with dark hair, cut me off & was extremely rude. He informed me they are "drive thru only" which isn't always the case with this location nor was there a sign posted. He said I can't just come knocking on his door and window like that and told me if I wanted my drink fixed that I could go back through the drive thru "if I would like". I wasn't asking much, in the grand scheme of things. Just wanted the drink that I had ordered & paid for, to be made correctly. He was extremely rude & should not be in a customer service position at all. I do not recommend this location.

I went to this location to exchange an item that I had been given in error because they got my order wrong. My drink still had the tag on it showing their location number, the item, and the date and time of purchase. The lady at the window was so rude to me that I will never go back. She was in a huff from the beginning when I asked for an exchange and she told me that she didn't like my attitude. Well, that it will be it for this location. There are many other PLEASANT places that sell coffee and iced teas. If you get an order wrong, don't take it out on the customer.
