Purchased a bagel with cream cheese on it this morning. The amount of cream cheese on it was so minute you could barely see it. My first time there and it'll be my last time there. Dunkin' Donuts is such a rip-off, no matter where you go you order a bagel the the bagels are getting smaller and a price is getting larger.

I’ve gone there a number of times and I always hope Luke is working when I go there. He always makes me laugh. Even Christmas Day when I went in and saw him closing alone he cracked a joke. Great employee and makes my drink right every time! Give him and raise and never fire him or else!

Luke is such a great employee! I’ve gone there multiple times and occasionally I’ve had menu confusion or issues with an order and he fixes it. My order came out to 9.20 one time and I only had 9 and he covered the 20 cents, great guy!

In around 2 pm yesterday the place is very clean outside seating could use umbrella for hot days tables still get alot of sun. No napkins we went back in the girl asked why we wanted them after taking an order outside to drink and eat. Is it a common business practice to not give customers napkins to save money since alot drive off or did they just forget they were not busy only the two of us in at that time. The only dunking doughnut I've ever been to that has 0 shade anyplace on the property.

Nice new store located right near the 70/206 circle by the old red lion diner. Kids working there put almost 0 effort into doing their jobs right. Don't go here if you expect to get exactly what you paid for. Indians have begun working there and I honestly can't tell who I'd rather get my food from, a kid who just wants their paycheck for being there or an Indian who hates Americans and shows it in their service. Don't get drive thru or delivery. Go in and make sure you get what you ordered.
Luke Gibbs made my entire experience better. He used the softest voice, most gentile touch, and he had the kindest heart I've ever seen. He deserves employee of the month and a raise.

Updating review to 1 star. Everytime I go the food is wrong or terrible. Ordered egg and extra cheese bagel, got a sandwich with no egg and 1 slice of cheese. Hash browns are either raw or so hard and chewy they are inedible. Donuts are soggy or overcooked. My favorite is I order munchkins and pick my flavors, and get a premade coffee cup filled with nasty flavors I didn't order that have been sitting out for days and are literally wet. Coffee is either bland or burnt. Please do better, it's 2024.
