Nice new store located right near the 70/206 circle by the old red lion diner. Kids working there put almost 0 effort into doing their jobs right. Don't go here if you expect to get exactly what you paid for. Indians have begun working there and I honestly can't tell who I'd rather get my food from, a kid who just wants their paycheck for being there or an Indian who hates Americans and shows it in their service. Don't get drive thru or delivery. Go in and make sure you get what you ordered.
Luke Gibbs made my entire experience better. He used the softest voice, most gentile touch, and he had the kindest heart I've ever seen. He deserves employee of the month and a raise.

Updating review to 1 star. Everytime I go the food is wrong or terrible. Ordered egg and extra cheese bagel, got a sandwich with no egg and 1 slice of cheese. Hash browns are either raw or so hard and chewy they are inedible. Donuts are soggy or overcooked. My favorite is I order munchkins and pick my flavors, and get a premade coffee cup filled with nasty flavors I didn't order that have been sitting out for days and are literally wet. Coffee is either bland or burnt. Please do better, it's 2024.

Staff were friendly. Bagel was a little over toasted and cold. I won't blame them though. I should've ordered at the window instead of online. Love the location. I'll need to come back to go inside and update my review.

This Dunkin is awful. It’s the only drive thru on my way to dropping off my kids so if I don’t have time to make my coffee at home I end up going there twice a week. I order ahead on the app. Multiple times my order is wrong or they don’t have something in stock, one time my sandwich was still completely frozen in the middle, and this time they charged me $1.07 for a cup of water (even though I’ve asked for water before and it’s always been free). If wawa and Starbucks can give free water I’m pretty sure so can Dunkin. They also, without fail, try to charge me for someone elses order even though I tell them I’m a mobile order 10 ft back at the speaker. I will go coffeeless two days a week before returning to this location.
Ever since the kid with the cool Mazda left, this place never gets the order right from giving extra ice when asking for light ice to not adding extra bacon when ordered. Along with that every sandwich I've gotten (6 times in the last few months the cheese is ice cold and the croissants almost burnt this place just opened up and I can't believe they're letting this slip.

When this Dunkin opened up I was happy it was on my way to work but out of the more than dozen times I stopped my order was wrong - 3 times and today i was really angry my bagel was not in the wrapper and i glanced and oh well i will eat it at work but when i got to work no CREAM CHEESE and I TIPPED THEM !! I Guess the nice Manager thats usually there was not there to oversee this !! They were not even BUSY!! SO lesson learned check your bag before you leave the drive thru !!!!!!
