I've eaten here twice now. I don't think I will be back. I like to give anywhere at least a couple of tries. Red Lion Diner just doesn't make it out of the average zone. While it looks like a typical large diner from the outside, the interior is drab and never feels exactly right. It's uncomfortable and feels chopped up without a good flow to the floor plan. We were very excited to meet family for breakfast/lunch. We go there first, and wanted to get a booth. We were told to wait until the others arrived. It really didn't seem busy. We waited about 10 minutes, and then I asked if we could please be seated. Finally they sat us. We wanted coffee while waiting, but that didnt happen.This affected our time with family. Parking: Getting out of the diner can be tricky as the exit goes into a driving circle. I think there is a right turn only on the side on to 72.
