They closed early and never updated their hours, but there are still people eating inside. Rude.

I ordered a blueberry muffin and it had salt on the top instead of sugar. I tried to call three times to let them know but no one ever answered the phone
Greasy undercooked bec. Wait for the bad food was ridiculous.

Too funny to say. My fried asked if they had gluten free. He was asked to leave the store, in the funniest way possible!

The Taylor Ham Egg & Cheese was one of the worst I’ve had on a sub par bagel. I ordered seasonal fruit on the side and it was completely spoiled & mushy.
I ordered a poppyseed bagel and they just took a plain bagel and sprinkled a whole bunch of poppy seeds on top which are all falling off, will not be coming back

Just got 3 simple sandwiches and two bags of chips
$50!!!
My turkey sandwich had 3 banana peppers on it and scattered scraps f overcooked bacon bits and a mayo???? A single swipe on the entire 12 inch sandwich.
Needless to say VERY DISAPPOINTED.

I have given this place one too many chances. They get the order wrong EVERY SINGLE TIME! We ordered an Italian sub and instead got a ham sandwich, bagel with cream cheese ended up bearing a bagel with butter and so on. These are all on different occasions. Watching the cashier handle money and they grab a bagel with her bare hands was the last straw! Eric’s Deli or Bagel Station are so much better!

Ordered a Sammi’s favorite which is breaded chicken cutlet mozzarella roasted red peppers and bacon. All I got was dry grilled chicken and a slice of mozzarella on a regular ol generic sub bread not the advertised “rustic Italian bread hero” for $15. No bacon no red peppers no breaded chicken. I don’t know how you mess it up that badly yet still acknowledge part of the order. I used to come here all the time 10 years ago when they had real Italian bread and quality ingredients. Will be skipping next time I’m in town.

bagels resemble hard rolls more than anything. Received my order this morning- plain bagel with cream cheese. Cut into quarters?? same size as my fist, skimped on the cream cheese, and burnt. thanks

I can’t speak to the food as I never got that far but the woman that answered the phone was so unpleasant I actually decided not to order and went to bagel bistro down the road who were happy to take my order with no side of free attitude.

During our first ever visit to this place, we heard the owner berating an older female employee right in front of everyone, for what seemed like no good reason at all. It appeared to us as though she was busting her tail to do the job of three people and it still wasn’t good enough for him. I wouldn’t consider going back just after seeing that. Shame on you, respect your employees.
