Amazing sandwiches and bagels, however they do seem to have trouble hearing customers with masks on and have gotten several of my orders wrong. Nonetheless I called and they informed me to come pick up the correct order free of charge.

My kids always enjoy stopping here for their large frosted cookies. The bagels are delicious as well! We've never been disappointed.

Best Bagels in NJ! Great coffee too! It's a solid deli... Fresh and delicious is what they do...

Reading these reviews reminds me why I do not return here. Customer service and satisfaction is not in their vocabulary. For that matter, i think there must be a law that says bagel shop staff must be rude and arrogant? Each one seems to compete with the nasty soup shop owner in Seinfeld. As though we need to be abused. Surprised Trump hasn't thought of opening his own bagel franchise...yet.

Horrific service. Our order was ready and we were staring straight at it for 20 minutes as the lady who served us blatantly ignored our attempts to get her attention but another worker asked her whose order was that just sitting there. Wanted to support a local business but they are disorganized and would not recommend. Get your bagel elsewhere.

I love the bagels and the food here so this is not a review regarding food. However I am disappointed with the numerous signage regarding wearing masks or you will not be served yet the owner was walking around talking to folks on line with his mask down and preparing food and sandwiches while talking and yelling out questions. I find it contradictory and hypocritical that in times like these business owners can be so disrespectful.

Bagel was good however, their lines were huge & the process to get your order was unorganized. Please get a better system.

I've had 2 experiences with this place. First, man behind the counter was annoyed because I was asking questions as a first time customer. Second, drove 3 hrs, to come here to get bagels for a group of friends, an hour out of my way and they closed because they couldn't update there hours online to reflect they close at 3pmPoor service and poor business management. Not worth it, there are better places out there

I don't need to tell you how good the food is from here... the crowd inside and the pile up of cars outside is a tell tale sign. But no worries, this place is owned and run by an ole NYC crew, in and out with fresh hot bagels, sandwiches and mouth watering, moist (yea, i said it!!) crumb cakes and good coffee.

This is my first go-to place to eat when I'm back in NJ visiting my parent's house. I always order the same thing - taylor ham, egg, and cheese with no salt, pepper or ketchup. Their desserts are amazing and their specialty bagels are to die for. I cannot say enough about this locally owned stop.

If anyone is driving past and haven't tried these Bagels... Pull over!! I don't care if you're northbound in traffic... It's well worth the time

Best bagels ever. Best sandwiches ever. We had these guys cater our wedding weekend - breakfast and lunch. Delivery was on time, every time, and my guests loved that they could just wake up and there was a spread at 830am every day of delicious bagels, muffins, crumb cakes, & coffee. Wedding was a 3 day weekend at a bed & breakfast so we used the bagel station to provide all the meals that weren't catered. I am not disappointed. I grew up in Sparta and senior year of high school I just about skipped one of my morning classes each week to sneak out & get a bagel from this place so we go way back! Happy I was able to use them during my wedding weekend!Edit: I'm still eating the potato salad leftovers. Kid you not, I eat it for breakfast it is THAT good. Do yourself a favor and get a pint of that potato salad. Best ever.

This might be my shortest & most straightforward review. I give credit where credit is due and this Bagel Station has by far the best tasting bagels that I have EVER had. I willingly drive 45 minutes to grab a bagel here. So worth the drive. The line is sometimes long, but you can definitely call ahead and order. But if you want to see what a good bagel tastes like -- here's the place.
