Buffalo Wild Wings 'GO'

I made a purchase online directly from their website. It was not delivered for two hours. They told me that no one from DoorDash picked it up. They told me they would refund me.
They never did. I called back three times in the last few days and they basically played games and put me through hoops and claim they cannot refund me now even though they gave me a fake reference number. They put in a lot of work to avoid me getting a refund. Have ordered in the past no issues; this time they didn’t care.

I can't believe I spent $16 on 10 of the scrawniest, toughest bone-in wings, and another $2 for celery and ranch. Their sauces are good, can't deny that, but means nothing if the chicken is terrible. You can get better wings for less elsewhere. Glad I tried it, but will definitely not be back.

We stopped here after a football game and were pleasantly surprised. I'm not sure if it's just this location or the chain changed their wings but they were HUGE! The wait was short and the woman who took our order was very friendly. This may just be one of our go to places.

Picked up wings and wedge fries last night on my way home and was so disappointed. Everything was completely dried out and old. unacceptable!

I ordered three items and all three were wrong. The wings were not extra crisp. I ordered large onion rings and they gave me small onion rings. Finally, they forgot to put the tenders in the bag.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Barley any sauce on the wings. Wound up getting sick after eating here. Never eating here again.

3rd strike and I'm out. How can you order on the APP and the location STILL get the order wrong for the 3rd time! I'm done...WINGSTOP here we come.

Twice in a row I’ve gotten something other than what I’ve asked for. Cashier who is a young guy doesn’t lesson and just hits whatever buttons he feels like. Seems like all the employees that are there don’t want to be there. Something just seems off idk 🤷🏻‍♂️
