This Burger King definitely gives off the vibe that it needs some TLC. From the outside, it almost looked closed when I pulled in. The drive-thru menu is cluttered with items that might not even exist anymore—if they’re discontinued, just take them off to make it less confusing for customers.
The food itself was fine—classic Burger King taste—but the overall atmosphere was a bit off. The guy with the ponytail cleaning the front door suddenly appearing at the drive-thru window to take my order was…unexpected, to say the least. Not bad, just strange.
Overall, the location could use some updates and attention to make it feel more welcoming, but if you just want a Whopper, it’ll do the job.

I ordered honey mustard with my whopper meal. For some reason they put the sauce on the whopper instead of giving me the sauce packet for my fries. I was annoyed at first however, it ended up being a pleasant surprise as it tasted good with the honey mustard. Extra points as they still carry the impossible whopper

i had ordered on the BK app around 9:15 and had got there around 9:25. as i was pulling up the place was pitch black. no lights. NOTHING! i check the time again cause the app had said that this location closes at 10pm. turns out they decided to close an hour early and this isn't even the first time they've done this. only went to this location cause it was closer but it's better to just make the trip to the newton location, they're so much better than this one.

I only come on the weekends when I hike, but the food is always perfect and the staff is nice. It does seem to be in a state of disrepair, but that is corporate or owners responsibility.

Trash. They rob you when you order food and they only give you half of what you pay for and will not give you money back or the food you ordered if you go back to the store.
I tried yet again to give this place another chance to impress me no they failed. The person taking my order was great. She repeated back exactly what I ordered. I’m having a difficult time understanding where and how the order gets screwed up between the cashier and the people making the food. I ordered a Whopper no cheese + no tomatoes, large fries and an 8 piece chicken nugget. No tomatoes means….. No tomatoes!! They put tomatoes on it. And they were the most disgusting looking things I’ve seen. The burger was dry, the lettuce was the bitter ends, there was barely any ketchup or mayonnaise. The fries were soggy and bland and the chicken nuggets were cold and hard as a rock. I will be driving out of my way from now on when I want Burger King and go to the one in Ledgewood. The one in Sparta needs to be completely gutted and renovated.
