This Burger King definitely needs an overhaul. It was disgustingly dirty. The floor was gross and for some reason slippery. I don’t know what’s going on in the kitchen, but I can only imagine.I will never take my grandchildren there again.

Saying the drive-thru menu board and speaker are dilapidated is an understatement! I couldn't understand the crackly voice at all. The man at the window wasn't understandable either. Him slowly saying the unintelligible words didn't help. I ended up paying almost $14 (?!) for a tepid, dried out cheese burger on a stale bun with ice cold unmelted cheese, and undercooked French fries. The soda was the only okay part of the order. If they are charging those prices because they are located in Sparta, they have to step up their game! Has the board of health inspected this place lately?

This is what I received I picked the burger up and this is what happened maybe if u used fresh buns it might of stayed together I never eat at Burger King and I never will do it again what a waste of money Sucked and went in garbage !!! They need a less then one star who the heck does this ya suppose to eat it in

Corporate needs to step in or shut this location down bc it's just plunged down and hard. It's such a dump.First off, the drive through menu looks like something you'd see on American Pickers... not kidding. It's faded, waterlogged, old, hard to read & the speaker is ridiculous. Honestly, when I went, I wasn't paying attention to the store itself & when I saw the drive thru menu board, I actually paused & thought maybe the restaurant had shut down... until a faded crackly indecipherable voice came out of it.The burger was Luke warm, soggy & the bun was obviously old, because it broke in several pieces before I Could eat it. It actually fell apart in my hands, which then prompted me to look at the meat. "Meat", that is. "Is this a vegan burger? No... it's freezerburned. Nevermind."The chocolate pie was supposed to be my redemption but it was such also old & the crust was the proof of that.What a dump. I work too damn hard to be INTENTIONALLY ripped off, because there's no way in all Hell the manager isn't cutting corners.Gross.

Wow! what a nice place. i came here at night around 9PM & i was so happy with what i saw!! i first pulled up & i saw LED lights all around the windows wich looked really nice! it was closed inside.. i found that out by walking in & the door being locked lol. But overall inside looked extremely clean & well kept. than i went thru the drive through & the lady taking my order was very kind. I got myself some mozzarella sticks & they were so good!! (& fries.) I will definitely be coming back. :D if i could give 10 stars i would.

to start off, the lady in there that was taking our order was extremley rude. We simply asked for sauce and were very polite about it, and she gives us attitude and rolls her eyes. This isnt the first time this happened. We order from here often because the food is amazing, but we would like to feel a little more comfortable and respected when ordering our food. Another thing is is that the food is way overpriced

Compared to other Burger King the food was prepared well. Food not messy and was able to eat with out loosing half the food . Drive thru

They overcharge here.This franchisee charges over $8 for one spicy chicken sandwich, and intentionally leaves out the tomato.The cost of the same sandwich at the BK in Newton is only $6 and change, includes tomato.

Being that I'm always doing reviews I'm mad at myself for not checking the reviews for this spot.Cold food menu board at drive thru falling apart 2 people trying to run show chivken nuggets dried out and very dark as if they dont change oil. Too bad good location but looks like owner doesnt care.

They really have to think about closing this location or sending professionals because this is wild. One person working a whole restaurant, you sit at the drove through board for 20 min before anyone comes to the speaker. This place is in shambles, foods always cold, just sad for such a populated town.

I hate the drive-thru. I don't mind going in and ordering but these kids and some adults just don't listen when I ask for something specifically to NOT be on my burger and they leave it on anyway because they don't care or are "too busy". The slogan shouldn't be "Have it your way" then. If you can't listen to simple directions, why are you working there? I hate having to pick stuff off my burger when I specifically said to leave it off. That's called listening to directions. I know it gets busy but even if it's a slow day, you should still listen to what a customer wants or doesn't want on their burger.
