Was very disappointed in receiving a damaged book. Contacted to get a solution and was told that their products are in good condition. No apologies just straight defensiveness from the franchise owner. Learn to be kinder, it's the holidays.

Not complaining about the price but when is this expensive for a simple bacon egg and cheese sandwich it probably should be hot the cheese not even melted the bacon in a little tiny Pile in the middle of the sandwich been to many Dunkin Donuts first time I've done a sandwich that's been cold like this not even sure how they do it

Do not go this Dunkin unless you want to wait 45 min in line!!!. I waited 45 min to get a cup of coffee! Please hire people so people don’t have to wait and get late to work! This is ridiculous

This is by far the worst Dunkin in the area for service. The drive thru line moves extremely slow. I have watched people order one drink and wait almost 5 mins at the window. The employees move like they have rocks in their pockets. God forbid you go inside to jobskip the super slow line. It takes forever for your order to even be taken while you’re the ONLY ONE there. Everyone looks at you and continues doing their thing. Sweeping a few crumbs is definitely more important than helping a customer. Anyway, I gave this place so many chances and now I’m officially not going there anymore. I know others are frustrated as well. This location needs to be run by the franchisee who runs the one on 206 in Newton. Learn from them!!!

2 guys were running the drive through and gave us half of what we ordered and when we asked them for the items they forgot they rolled their eyes at us and were extremely disrespectful. Will never be coming back to this location.
