This is by far the worst Dunkin in the area for service. The drive thru line moves extremely slow. I have watched people order one drink and wait almost 5 mins at the window. The employees move like they have rocks in their pockets. God forbid you go inside to jobskip the super slow line. It takes forever for your order to even be taken while you’re the ONLY ONE there. Everyone looks at you and continues doing their thing. Sweeping a few crumbs is definitely more important than helping a customer. Anyway, I gave this place so many chances and now I’m officially not going there anymore. I know others are frustrated as well. This location needs to be run by the franchisee who runs the one on 206 in Newton. Learn from them!!!

2 guys were running the drive through and gave us half of what we ordered and when we asked them for the items they forgot they rolled their eyes at us and were extremely disrespectful. Will never be coming back to this location.

I go to dunkin all the time, everywhere- this one in particular had such a friendly, kind, upbeat gentleman in the drive thru. I wish I had gotten his name - he really made me smile rest of the day. I was there Monday 5/26 about 8am - so whomever was working then - thank you.

After a long road trip with two of my friends in the pouring rain in a car with no heater, we approached what look like a beautiful Dunkin’ Donuts on the side of the road. We were cold, wet, and a bit scared because it was very dark outside and we did not know where we are. As per the sign on the door and the website, there was 30 minutes until this Dunkin’ Donuts closed. We approached the front door, shaking and shivering, with hope in our hearts, only to be met with locked doors and inside staff who ignored our knocking and turned away from us. We got back into our very cold car, having to pee, and decided to approach the drive-through. As we got to the speaker of the drive-through to order, we were made to sit and wait for an obscene amount of time considering there was nobody else at this Dunkin. Finally, they tried to take our order to which they told us that there were zero donuts left in stock, no munchkins, no other pastries, no bagels. They were rude to us, stating that they were closing in 30 minutes and we could not expect to get food from a restaurant that was still open. We kindly ask their other options to which they did not want to answer and so we asked multiple times until finally we settled on something that they had in stock. When we got to the window to get our food, one of the passengers requested ketchup for her hashbrowns, and you wouldn’t believe the response we got. Snark. Now I’ll say this, the food we got tasted fine, my coffee is currently warming my hands up, but sitting in the parking lot of a Dunkin’ Donuts, that is supposed to be open, shivering with mittens on my hands and a blanket on my lap and not one single donut because they would not open the door to us and they were not stocked is devastating. Do better.
