My wife and I live in Lake Mohawk and enjoy our visits to this Dunkin. We were there this evening for some coffee and a coffee roll and the young man taking our order was a fine young man named Mattius. This gentleman is a major asset to this particular Dunkin. He brought our coffees and we engaged in a nice conversation. This was one of the best experiences we have encountered at this outlet. The other young man was very nice in the past…an A1 crew!

This Dunkin is the size of a small bedroom!! With about 7 employees behind the counter, they are filling orders on an assembly line. Unfortunately, it's just not a pleasant experience coming here. There's no smiles, no please and thank yous, and the manager, who I've seen here for years, has a bad RBF. Everyone's job can be difficult, and a challenge to hire workers here, but a smile is free!

Tried it twice before work. Day one, the bagel was incredibly stale at 7am. Day 2 I was late for work because they took so long. Nicole was rude. Would have been quicker to go out of my way to a different Dunkin.

Julia is the best worker I’ve ever seen in my life. I come in regularly and she is always on top of drinks. I have never had a drink made poorly or late. She should get a raise. However, the Manager is rude to the workers.

I just paid $6+ for this drink and this is how they served it - with a quarter of the drink missing! I didn't even take a single sip yet. The drink also wasn't even cold, because there was not enough ice.
Gave me an attitude when I asked for a straw, even though that is their rule. Every other Dunkin (including the other one in Sparta) gives you a straw without asking. This Dunkin is a mess.
I never thought I'd be writing a review for a Dunkin', but this one is just awful. Don't bother ordering anything hot in person; Expect a 15 min wait or more. We've also been shorted a single donut (out of a doz), from our last three separate orders!... I guess the staff has been hungry. This place is no longer considered an option.

BEWARE: UNSAFE/UNSANITARY!! All dunkins owned by PATTY and RUSS are unsanitary and their staff is treated like GARBAGE. This location has MOLD growing in the walls where your cups/lids are being stored. The owner, Patty, will do anything to cut corners and save a penny including unsafe/unsanitary working conditions and even having staff work while they're knowingly sick. The machines aren't properly cleaned meaning there is literal congealed milk going bad near the fresh milk you get in your coffee. I have FIRST HAND EXPERIENCE dealing with the unsafe practices at this location and have warned my whole family to steer clear of this disgusting dunkin'. Don't give someone your money to doesn't care about your health.
