Julia is the best worker I’ve ever seen in my life. I come in regularly and she is always on top of drinks. I have never had a drink made poorly or late. She should get a raise. However, the Manager is rude to the workers.
I actually like this place a lot. The main limitation is related to it's tiny size and lack of a drive through.During morning rush, it can get very busy and the line can be long. Ordering online is suggested during this time if you are in a hurry. The area to wait for your order is very small and can get cramped, which obviously only applies to sandwiches and drinks that get prepared while you wait.Bustling staff is generally very good with rare exceptions. Have been bringing my special needs high school students here before grocery shopping trips. Employees and manager have all been very kind and patient. We thoroughly enjoy our Sparta Dunkin stops!
