My wife and I live in Lake Mohawk and enjoy our visits to this Dunkin. We were there this evening for some coffee and a coffee roll and the young man taking our order was a fine young man named Mattius. This gentleman is a major asset to this particular Dunkin. He brought our coffees and we engaged in a nice conversation. This was one of the best experiences we have encountered at this outlet. The other young man was very nice in the past…an A1 crew!
Julia is the best worker I’ve ever seen in my life. I come in regularly and she is always on top of drinks. I have never had a drink made poorly or late. She should get a raise. However, the Manager is rude to the workers.
I actually like this place a lot. The main limitation is related to it's tiny size and lack of a drive through.During morning rush, it can get very busy and the line can be long. Ordering online is suggested during this time if you are in a hurry. The area to wait for your order is very small and can get cramped, which obviously only applies to sandwiches and drinks that get prepared while you wait.Bustling staff is generally very good with rare exceptions.
