I always have a great experience at Mohawk Restaurant. Every time I visit, I’m never disappointed. The menu isn’t huge, but everything is fresh, delicious, and made perfectly. The service is always friendly and attentive without being too much, and I love the classy vibe — soft music and a cozy atmosphere.
Thanks for keeping the quality so high — keep it up!

Food was good. However, my pork chop was overcooked. There was no one there but the service seemed clunky and unorganized. Drinks were good. We sat at the bar and the bartender was very nice, but not very knowledgeable about the food menu.

Mohawk House is hands down one of the best dining experiences in the area! From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed with warm hospitality and a beautifully designed space that feels both upscale and inviting. The attention to detail in every aspect—from the craft cocktails to the expertly curated menu—truly sets this place apart.
The food is outstanding, with locally sourced ingredients and creative dishes that never disappoint. Whether you’re in the mood for a perfectly cooked steak, fresh seafood, or a unique seasonal special, you can taste the quality and passion behind every bite.
The service is top-notch, with a knowledgeable and friendly staff who go above and beyond to make sure your experience is perfect. The bar program is also exceptional, offering an impressive selection of wines, craft beers, and handcrafted cocktails that are as delicious as they are creative.
Mohawk House is more than just a restaurant—it’s an experience. Whether you’re coming in for a romantic dinner, a celebration, or just a great night out, this place delivers every time. Highly recommend!

We have been going to the Mohawk House for 11 years. More consistently within the last five years. The quality of service as well as the food has definitely gone down since they opened their second location - Industry - and also made changes to their staff.
We arrived, I wasn’t even seated yet, my husband had to use the restroom, and the waitress was already at our table asking me what we’d like to drink. I didn’t even have my jacket off yet. Right off the bat, I felt rushed.
Once I sat down, my napkin was dirty. Which I asked the waitress to switch.
The appetizers were not from a high class restaurant. They were deeply friend and we were not able to finish them.
The entrees were decent, however, for how much the prices have gone up, the quality of food has gone down.
Usually cappuccino is serviced in a glass, mine came in (what felt like) a diner mug. The dessert was also distasteful and we didn’t finish it.
I mean no harmful words, however, we’ve been loyal customers for the past 11 years, and to see the prices skyrocket and the service and quality of food go down was very disheartening. We will not be going back.
Phenomenal dining experience!! Delicious food, steaks and seafood exquisite! Ambiance is incredible, service excellent!! A wonderful and beautiful dinner in an equally wonderful and beautiful setting!! We are lucky to have such an impeccable restaurant so close to home in beautiful Sussex County!!

Food was good however while they were quick to refill I noticed others patrons complaints about things like crackers running out. If you still have it's and bruschetta you should never run out of vehicles to eat them with.

Christmas Day dinner was a huge disappointment. Our young adult kids ordered a porterhouse steak for two to share and requested medium rare. The steak arrived very well done and dry. They were initially reluctant to send it back, but we said they should as for the hefty price they should get what they requested. Meanwhile we ordered more appetizers to tide them over. At this point my husband and my entrees were already in front of us so we started eating our dinners. The second steak arrived and this time it looked seared on the outside, but the inside was raw and cold! We politely told our waiter to take it back to the kitchen and leave it there. We were done with trying to figure out why a so called steak house could not get a basic cut of porterhouse cooked properly. The poor waiter was apologetic but we told him obviously it was not his fault. They ended up ordering empanadas and ceviche just to have something to eat at that point. When the bill came, of course we were not charged for the failed steaks, but there was no offer to comp at least the desserts or the replacement appetizers. Huge disappointment overall. I wanted to like this place - the location and atmosphere was very nice, but sadly the food was a let down. We all felt this place should be on an episode of Gordon Ramsay's Kitchen Nightmares.
