Placing the order was extremely easy- I sent an email and someone called me right away and quickly responded to any email questions I had. Everyone enjoyed the food and LOVED the cupcakes. Was able to pay in advance online so all I had to do was send someone for pick up the day of the party and everything was ready right away
I think food is one of the hardest parts of planning a party. Never know what to get or how much. Being able to simply give them a number of guests and all I had to do was decide which type of salad I wanted, made this part of the party so simple and stress free! Love the one stop shopping aspect where I could get my food, sides, and even cupcakes all from one place. The spread they provide is the perfect mix and they provide the perfect amount, for an awesome price! Definitely recommend using them!!!

I called on behalf of my boss, to order a bereavement tray to a staff member’s family. The delivery address was 10 minutes from the business and the cost for delivery was $35. It was a tray of cookies, as that was basically all that was available. I needed something delivered that same day. I was told anything like sandwiches, or any other food items, was not possible. My boss agreed to this outrageous gouging, as we were both on a time crunch and we needed our gesture of condolences to get to the family in time for the services. I will not recommend this business to anyone who lives in that vicinity. As a customer, and a business owner, I have never felt so dismissed when seeking a business out, and being made to feel like I was “bothering” them instead of showing appreciation for the purchase.

Top notch place for breakfast or lunch! Our party ordered Eggs Benedict, Croque Madam, Grown Up Grilled Cheese and a Chicken Caesar Wrap and all were terrific. Great service and atmosphere as well with reasonable prices.

During the brainstorming, she offered tips and checked with the baker on some ideas. Customer service goes along way and unfortunately can be hard to come by. The cakes always taste good too which is also why I keep coming back!

The character cake made dreams come true for this 2 year old birthday celebrant. Tasked with making a baby shark themed cake, Justina and the team at cafe Pierrot did not fail to impress. Six little girls gathered around in pure excitement as we brought out the cake to sing happy birthday. It was almost too beautiful to cut ! On top of that it was so delicious & frosting not too sweet as typical of alternative cake suppliers. We loved it so much we have another cake ordered for another birthday party. If you have an idea for a cake - let the team bring the idea to life or do as we have done and just let the team use their creativity to make something for your event. You won’t be disappointed!

Planned to just get a slice of carrot cake to go. Was getting late, so I stayed for lunch. Excellent food and service. Got some wine from the car to make for a nice meal. Got the excellent carrot cake to go. Place was still busy past lunch time mid-week. Getting to be a local institution I guess.

I love this café! The staff is wonderfully friendly and helpful, and the food is just exquisite. It's something special every time! Whether it's their homemade cranberry almond granola, famous lemon dill chicken salad, or their incredible catered entrees and desserts, everything is the highest quality and the utmost in deliciousness! We recently catered a tray of Chicken Cordon Bleu for our New Year's Eve gathering. Where do I begin? The chicken was sliced beautifully, the chicken was perfectly tender, the ham and cheese were fresh, and the sauce was scrumptious! Honestly, I will never make Chicken Cordon Bleu at home again because Cafe Pierrot has perfected it. This is a truly special place that makes you leave happier than when you walked in!
