It's very frustrating how many times my bowls have been incorrectly made. I have been a repetitive/loyal customer for years now and my bowl is never correct. I order the same thing....every. single. time. Thankfully, I check my order before leaving the store and advise others to do the same. I'm not sure if the employees don't read the orders while making them (aka....are on auto pilot) or they simply don't care. As a very unhappy customer, I really don't think I will be back.
