It's very frustrating how many times my bowls have been incorrectly made. I have been a repetitive/loyal customer for years now and my bowl is never correct. I order the same thing....every. single. time. Thankfully, I check my order before leaving the store and advise others to do the same. I'm not sure if the employees don't read the orders while making them (aka....are on auto pilot) or they simply don't care. As a very unhappy customer, I really don't think I will be back.

This location doe NOT pay attention to food allergies. Today is not the first time my order was incorrectly made with an allergen I specifically excluded from my order. I use an epi-pen so I noted my ALLERGIES on my order.

placed an online order for 4 bowls monday night, all of the bowls were correct except for one. i ordered the 8th ave and paid for extra bananas but i got a completely different bowl and only one serving of bananas. i understand that mistakes happen especially since they were a little busy when i came in.

These people they have working here are horrible. They stand there and act like u are not waiting for food or smoothies. And they r not even busy. They also go from cleaning to making food wash ur hands please ! So unprofessional
