went through the drive thru, christi was the young lady at the drive thru window- she was amazing!! bubbly bright personality and super sweet, even asked me if my drink looked the right color and if it was how i wanted it before handing it to me (i got a strawberry refresher with extra base). thank you for your kindness christi! ☺️

The staff were rude to my kids. They don't listen to their order. My daughter requested light ice and the lady serving it filled her cup completely. When my daughter told her she wanted light ice, she rolled her eyes. What kind of service is this.

To top it all off, we had stomach aches. I don't know if they used old milk, but I'm never going there again.

I stop at a lot of Starbucks while working remotely, and hands down, this spot is the best! The coffee and treats are the same everywhere—that’s the point—but the service here is unmatched. The staff are the nicest, friendliest team I’ve ever had the privilege of being around.

They’re the hardest-working crew I’ve seen, operating like a well-oiled machine: efficient, friendly, and always smiling. That’s what makes this location my absolute favorite. Kudos to the crew, and thank you for always taking care of me! 😉

I wanted to share some feedback that I hope is helpful. The space consistently feels extremely cold — and it’s not just me; several others I've spoken to have mentioned the same. It gives the impression that comfort might not be a priority.

Additionally, the music tends to be quite loud — more like a nightclub than a relaxed café atmosphere. It can make it difficult to focus or hold a conversation.

Lastly, the WiFi speed has been a persistent issue. It’s not just slow — it’s often unusable, which makes getting any work done quite challenging.
