Always clean and friendly. I order early in the morning, and it is ready by the time I get there. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is bc sometimes I have to wait to ask for a straw.

I guess at this Starbucks requesting ‘light ice’ means fill the customers venti cup to the top with ice.. Remove that option if it’s going to be blatantly ignored on purpose (see picture).

My experience at this Starbucks drive thru today made my day! They were so polite, the blonde woman at the window was so sweet and we had a great conversation while I waited for my drink and food. When I get my drink, I realize the barista drew a heart out of caramel on the top of my drink! So thank you to those two for sincerely making my day!

My hot beverage sat on the counter by the drive thru for several minutes as the feminine person stood there waiting for someone to hand the drink after it was made. I saw the drink on the counter but did not know it was mine. After 3 or 4 minutes the person decided to pick up the beverage and see who it was for and handed it to Me. Terrible service. No stopper and lukewarm drink.
I love Starbucks and this location. But i have been so disappointed and frustrated recently with my drink being made wrong or not filled all the way!! 9/10 times when I order online (it’s a simple order) they make it iced instead of hot. its not even supposed to be made as an iced coffee. They have forgotten parts of my order many times. Today I ordered a grande coffee and it was barely filled over the HALF WAY MARK. Absolutely ridiculous I pay $6 for this coffee and I’m not even getting a full cup. The amount i got could have fit in a tall. Just insane and a waste of money. I hope Starbucks works on the training of their employees so this does not continue to happen.

Please be more mindful of dairy instructions/requests. Today was the 4th or 5th time I've had to ask for my drink to be remade because whole milk was used instead of the requested oat-milk. Dietary restrictions are not really a joke guys. I'm just glad I keep getting there beforehand to catch it rather than finding out after the fact....
