Ordered a specific sandwich for delivery, it was a turkey sandwich with veggies, when it arrived not only was it smaller than it should have been bit it was an Italian sandwich with salami, ham, and pepperoni. Very disappointed.

Just terrible went in to use the bathroom and was going to get something I forgot my wallet in my car was going to get my wallet I told them I was going to get. the employee some rude ass female was harassing me about about bathroom only for a paying customer after being harassed I left took my business elsewhere a big corporation like subway can afford if someone had to use the bathroom one time. This place should closed down it’s a disgrace to the town of Sparta and Sussex county.

Did curbside pickup of buy one foot long get 1 free!! Loved showing calorie and nutrition. Brought out within 2 minutes! Great service, great sandwiches!!

I have been short changed here now 3 times.....the latest was a day ago, owner operator said the menu board hasn't been updated yet....but register has.....same thing they said last month......so, that will be my last visit....i'll just go to Jersey Mikes from now on.....count yer change!

By far the worse subway to go too . They are always closed , in open hours . The Indian lady who works there is lazy never has bread when opening up or closing it’s really bad . They should either close this down or get new employee that actually want to work and provide fresh food for customers. Responsible workers to be able to open when they are suppose to and not leave at 6 when you close at 8 .
I got so little chicken in my sandwich I had to dig to find it. He gave no napkins. Packed everything in a brown paper bag that tore and the food almost fell all over. Did not ask if I wanted my receipt. I live a few blocks away but they are NOT getting my business any

Olu is just the best that had happened to this Subway location. Excellent customer service, very delicate when preparing your order, very friendly and always tries to make you confortable and welcome at the time of your purchase. We need more people like Olu in this world.

These people really like to skimp the portions. Counted how many pieces of chicken were on my sandwich just to take one piece off… one piece of chicken makes that much of a difference?… jeez. I re said exactly what I wanted because the man didn’t acknowledge me, which he then responded “yes, I heard you, I understand what you’re saying..” so rude. The tuna portion was also so small I almost laughed. At the end when I was paying the man promoted me to the tipping option. Yeah right. I always tell myself I won’t come back here but I’m a pinch it is what it is. But this time was definitely the last. Shame on subway for allowing workers like these. Rude and disrespectful.
