I stopped in last minute to get a chicken Parm sandwich. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that they prepare everything from scratch. It was one of the best chicken Parm sandwiches I had. I will definitely be back again!

Stopped here for pizza with my grandson on our way to the Sterling Mine. Pizza was very good, no greasy cheese, heated to be hot, not warm. The service was super friendly! Will definitely go again.

We love Uncle Sal's pizza! Reliably great pizza, every time! We get take out, so the atmosphere is not an issue.

In my opinion, this is the best pizza place in Sparta. The red sauce is their super power- it's delicious!

This was the first time I went to Uncle Sals pizza. The staff was very polite and very attentive to all the customers and really did a great job. The plain pizza was incredible, truly. The slices I had blew the local competition out of the water in Sparta. The sauce had a great taste and was perfectly proportioned, the crust was thin and was delicious, and there was a perfect amount of cheese on it. I’m a big pizza fan, having tried most of the pizzerias in the county, and Uncle Sals II in Sparta has found it’s way into the top 5, easily. I will return!

As two sisters from Connecticut and Oregon visiting our original homebase in Sparta,New Jersey we found the in town restaurants crowded and very formal. We just happened to find Uncle Sal's on Google Maps. Our luck! 'Kelly' was a wonderful host, warm, friendly, accomdating and thoughtful. The other emplyees equally as inviting. We ordered Uncle Sal's Special Salad and a pizza to share. Excellent! The food is made from scratch, even house-made mozarella. Locals who visited the restaurant while we ate all left smiling, laughing or just please with their interations and foods to go. The portions were generous, the quality top of the line. Uncle Sal's has an extensive menu to choose from and people who care about good food and customers. I recommend them highly. We wish they were in Connecticut and Oregon!
