Customer service is not their strong point. I called to place an order, asked the lady on the phone what my options are for gluten and dairy free as my son has allergies. Most places are happy to accommodate. After asking her a question about a chicken dish to see if they could use olive oil instead of butter, she asked me to hold on. I was on the line for quite awhile. Eventually someone hung up on me. My husband called back to order, it was 7:20, she said the kitchen closes...read full review
