DO NOT GO HERE!!! Terrible service and the lady at the desk is very rude. She decided to add a bunch of extra charges and when I asked to see what I’m paying for she removed everything and showed me the correct price. Carvel is an amazing ice cream store just not this location. Go at your own risk.

AWFUL experience. And old lady was extremely rude. She refused to allow us to sample any flavors, saying she “doesn’t allow” it, despite me being able to do so at other Carvel locations. She attempted to charge us $8.90 for a small cup of ice cream, which is listed at $6.49. When I asked why, she gave an unclear explanation about “high cream something” and insisted on the higher price, repeatedly pointing to the payment machine and saying, “pay here, here, here.”
When I requested Cookies & Cream ice cream, she claimed the store didn’t have it and that my only option was to use the machine ice cream with a topping. I pointed out that the flavor was clearly visible in the freezer right in front of me. At that point, she began stuttering and served me with an obvious bad attitude.
The condition of the store also raised concerns. The ice cream container appeared not to have been cleaned in a while. When I asked for caramel topping, she brought out a large open container of caramel and placed it directly in front of my face in a way that felt unnecessarily confrontational.
So, service was dismissive and unprofessional, the pricing seemed misleading, and the store’s cleanliness was questionable. Store needs a new owner or employee, or should be definitely shut down.

Absolutely awful. We got a counterfeit cake. Not one part of the cake was made with Carvel ingredients. The wrong icing. The wrong sprinkles. And the cake is only have the height of a real cake. To make things worse she said she had to add 3.5 percent for credit card but then proceeded to add over 12 dollars to the total price. When I questioned it. She brought the price back down. Total scam. Do not ever go here.

Absolutely crap they serve. They have limited flavors all of them with 90% vanilla base.
Even the vanilla flavor tastes like mud. Absolutely not worth going to this shop or brand.

This carvel is the worst I wouldn’t recommend anyone to come to this one.!! This Chinese old lady is a very rude, rush you to pay, makes it hard for you to pay to, gives very little ice cream the the enough amount of ice cream for the price being paid because where being overcharged.

We were charged 17.80 . after saying we won’t pay 17 dollars for such a small amount of ice cream the owner then started to delete all of the extra charges they added and told us that they were doing us a favor they then charged us the correct amount carvel would normally charge. The owner then told us that the hard ice cream is more expensive … BY THE WAY … their hard ice cream? It’s just soft serve ice cream with toppings added on top. This place is a SCAM DO NOT GO!! We just had our ice cream and I had to throw it away, it was freezer burnt and disgusting. Not edible.

If I could give 0 or negative stars I would. They charge almost double and the cake is about half as thin! A complete rip off. The writing is horrible. Over $40 for a small cake that would be $20 at the shop rite next door. I made a mistake by going thinking I would get a better cake from the carvel store. Since it was last minute I didn't have time to get another one. Please avoid at all cost !!!!
