Milkshake was all milk. Asked if she could put a little more ice cream in. She argued me that there was only 2 tablespoons of milk and she’s not adding anything to it. It was pure liquid, didn’t even drink it. Asked for smalls of everything we got and got kid sizes that were overpriced. Will never go back.

Went here last minute to get a cake for my little sister’s birthday. Got charged $50 for a 10 inch cake that usually is $27 at any other carvel! Not only was it overpriced but the cake tasted HORRIBLE and STALE .. it was actually inedible . Probably expired that how horrible it tasted, I’m disgusted. Horrible customer service, horrible smell, horrible cake.. STAY AWAY FROM HERE

I think first and last time , I’m sorry but carvel ice cream is delicious I don’t know what happened here !! Waffle cones are not crunchy . I really don’t want to desprestigie them but that’s my personal opinion.

Went to buy a cake for a birthday. Two fudgie the whale cakes had mold on them. When I asked the elderly asian woman about it she said it's just air. Then showed me another one without any mold, but I did not want to buy anything after seeing the condition of the other cakes. She then got angry and asked "why did you come here then? To waste my time?". I would not recommend buying anything from this place.

Not friendly , smells like a old folks home ( being honest) and the elderly people here are so cold and miserable. Terrible service terrible ambience, terrible customer service, terrible everything. Ice cream is a good experience but not here . The Chinese guy is bland and boring almost not alive . I really hate leaving negative comments but this place is just that terrible. Ice cream was below poor. Very terrible and unwelcoming place to go for a family gathering

I would recommend someone make their ice cream or try living without the treat than visit this Carvel. Trust me, do NOT visit this Carvel.

My husband and I came for ice cream and left very disappointed. When ordering, the owners were not friendly and rude in the way they were speaking. We were told there was not a small size so we had to pay for a larger size we didn’t want. My sundae dasher barely had the toppings and my husband’s shake was all milk and liquidy. He went back to have his shake remade and the owner was very defensive and refused to remake it. She then just added ice cream to it which didn’t solve the problem. Overall this carvel is dirty looking, rude, and not to satisfaction unlike other locations we’ve been to. We will not be returning.

Robbed for ice cream cake. $58.00 for a 10” fudge ice cream cake. The owner also had the nerve to ask if paying cash. I would be ashamed to be a corporation having someone using the Carvel name and charge an absurd amount for a small freezer burn cake.

The older woman working here is not nice at all. I placed a door dash pick up order only for her to give my paid order to someone else. Was very nasty and said next time don’t order online come here and ask for it. Asked me to pay again and she’ll make another one for me. Refused to even look at my phone screen showing my paid confirmation. door dash said they will call the merchant and once they spoke to her Then she changed her whole story and said she will make for me now. Poor customer service and does not know how to treat let alone talk to customers. The man that works here is always so nice. This isn’t the first time I had this experience with the same woman. Beware..
