I do not understand all the bad reviews about this location, the older lady working the store was wonderful and helpful. I had no issues at all and the transaction was pleasant and quick! I will definitely be back to this location!

The lady that works hear is quite the character. She can be rude, but is fine as long as you don’t try to use a coupon and don’t make a snarky remark when she points to the tip jar. If you ask for a sample, you’ll need a magnifying glass to see it (since it is like a half filled spoon, the smallest spoon you’ve seen in your life). Ice cream is very good!

Carvels product is renowned, how dare I say it,but the ice cream cakes are let's face it,legendary..who can say no to Fudgy the Whale,a pack of chiwich sandwiches or a sprinkle cup. This is a review of Carvels in general more than the location. You won't get much conversation or help here from staff,this woman has been here forever,but you will definitely get the price clearly stated.
